When I’m having shower, suddenly the hotel staff enter the room without ringing, I was shocked. The staff said he missed to add back two chocolates bars for the mini bar. Totally terrified. And the toilet light flash.

Room was not cleaned up which was discovered by the house keeping team. Needed to call the front desk to get new towels and pillow cases

Staff was so helpful they substituted and upgraded us also gave us free parking and breakfast. Well worth the trip.

Clean room & amenities, but please make sure you advise when showers are over a bath - makes access difficult for older/less able clients.

I booked this place as I was staying in Sydney for New Year's Eve and nowhere in Central Sydney was affordable. I was therefore really impressed with the Metro Line near the hotel (which operated late at the turn of the year) as well as the hotel itself. The room was nice with a good mini bar and breakfast was great. The hotel also had a pool which I didn't get chance to use. The only negative was that I wasn't able to have lunch in the hotel when I arrived on New Year's Eve as they had already begun to prepare for the evening.

I am a regular customer at Visy Dior because the facilities and customer services are just superb, hence my regular visit and stay at the hotel. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Visy Dior and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The highlight was the pool – it’s spacious and immaculately clean. The rooms were comfortable, well presented and had everything we needed. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Visy Dior to anyone looking for a quality hotel with a fantastic pool and a great overall vibe.

Lift was not working properly, people getting stuck in it and not apparent plans to get it addressed. Power point in room not working. Towels taken but not replaced. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable.

Very professional staff services and the room was very cozy and immaculate. The food at the restaurant was awesome.

The staff upon registration was courteous at check in and checkout. I appreciated the daily hot breakfast. The ability to laundry clothes free was very helpful. The location is near bus line and it easy to get to other forms of transportation. Staff would readily call taxi if needed. All staff day, night and weekend GREAT.

The room was ok and the staff were courteous. The addition of a parking fee since our last stay was a surprise and will mean tht we will not use this accomodation again.

Excellent facilities and very friendly staff

There were problems with our first room, as the balcony door would not lock, the phone was not working and the air conditioning was noisy and not cooling the room. We were quickly given another room and the hotel staff were amazing. Breakfast was buffet style.

Room poor condition.

I didn't like the cleanliness of the hotel. I found it to be very run down and not worth the cost in my opinion. That said I think the breakfast was o.k at $24 per day. Communication with the staff was not easy as I think English may not be their first language,also Room service was extreemly slow

Very helpful staff - enormously friendly. Made the stay enormously pleasurable. The Guitarist/Singer Joe Zappia was an incredible addition to the over all tone of the venue. Truly a brilliant stay.
