When I’m having shower, suddenly the hotel staff enter the room without ringing, I was shocked. The staff said he missed to add back two chocolates bars for the mini bar. Totally terrified. And the toilet light flash.

Room was not cleaned up which was discovered by the house keeping team. Needed to call the front desk to get new towels and pillow cases

The carpet had more waves on it than at the beach

2 single bed bases put together NOT GOOD!

Very good place to stay. Our king bed room felt spacious. Powerful shower with good temp range, but in a tub base. Had all the necessary bathroom amenities. Bed was comfortable. All basic amenities included. Seems it's been recently renovated so has a new feel. But limited charging abilities if everyone has a couple devices or more. Location is great. Norwest station and coles only a few minutes drive and plenty of great restaurants just a block over on Soylent Court. Paid parking available for $15/day

This is the second stay, albeit the first was under a different brand. The Pros Good location for me visiting family. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. I like they also provide a Nespresso machine. Also my room was very clean. The pool looked nice, but a tad too cold to swim in June! The staff were really helpful and attentive, including the restaurant. And the dinner I had there was very good. Great sized towels in the rooms, not the tiny towels in most hotels. They also seem to have a number of conferences, so at times can be busy, so may pay to book for the restaurant if that's the case. The negatives The rooms are pretty dated. Also no Foxtel (or at least it came up as no signal), and paying premium prices, I felt that was a bit cheap. The shower is over a bath, so becomes a slip hazard, especially for the elderly, especially with no real hand rails. Whilst the bathroom was spacious, the toilet is tucked against a wall....truly bizarre and poor planning. My only real gripe, under the new management, you have to pay $15.00 a day for parking and is not included in the rates. That leaves a sour taste...it simply is a revenue maker. The only difference now is they have boom gates with license plate technology, but there are others ways to enforce illegal parking (and it has a very large car park). Overall, a decent hotel, but really needs a refresh in the rooms. The staff are excellent, from the concierge, restaurant and back of house.

Room carpet was dirty and stain. Air vent for the air was very dirty full of dust. Stayed here before twice but now have to pay for parking a day.$15. Not before. Won't be back.

This hotel was not what that they said on app . The room was big but the bathroom was very old and need to up date

Rooms are tired and need a refresh. Bathroom has shower within a bath, difficult to step over onto slippery floor even using a mat. All furniture is soiled and carpet well worn. Water pressure is poor. Other guests smoking on their balconies. Spoke to management weren’t really interested. Parking charged at additional cost. Won’t be staying again.

Dusty, I could write my name in dust on bedside tables! Everything else fine, $15 parking a bit annoying all the way out in Bella vista.

There is construction going on on level 1 but overall room was nice and clean, on site restaurant was a bonus

So they didn't have my booking despite me showing a confirmation. They then rang me the next day to go over the same conversation as when I booked in.

Please advise the customer before you book for hotel room there is a minimum $15 charge will be paid on arrival or the car park fee The customer was very helpful

Entrance and foyer has been renovated and looks lovely. Staff were very nice and helpful. Not impressed they now charge for parking and that massive carpark has been boom gated.Room was spacious and bed was comfy - but only a double. Aircon wouldn’t go any higher than 18.5 degrees. Bathrooms were large but had shower over the bath and in desperate need of a reno. Overall pretty good value for money.

There is no outside signage that identifies the property which seems odd. Seperate parking costs and booking had to be made at reception on arrival which was odd.

The room was old and unclean. Hair on the floor, a mouldy rubber bath mat and the bathroom cupboard wouldn't open. I had to use my comb to push it open to get to the hair dryer.

Room was quiet and much cleaner than the room we had on our previous stay 8 months ago. This room also had much better beds, though "too soft" for my husband and son. A lock on the bathroom door would be appreciated. Not happy that a daily parking fee has been introduced since last staying here. Friendly staff.

We stay at this hotel a lot. Its great value Has restaurant & bar .Very comfortable & stylish
