Everything was really good. Room was clean, service was great. Coffee was also great. Very close to the Mall and a local station, which was convenient for travel. Only thing was in the room i was in, it didnt seem possible to pay for a movie to watch, or chromecast, which was a bit annoying. Only had normal tv it seemed. I may have been doing something wrong though, not sure.

When I’m having shower, suddenly the hotel staff enter the room without ringing, I was shocked. The staff said he missed to add back two chocolates bars for the mini bar. Totally terrified. And the toilet light flash.

If I could rate this hotel minus, I would do so. It is disgraceful that such a sub-par room is sold at all, much less for the price that is being charged. Staff were lovely and attempted to help, but no offer of an upgrade into a decent room. Carpets were beyond awful. It looked like someone had used the carpet as a toilet, and smelt that way too. Bathroom was beyond dated and grout was filthy. I will never, ever stay here again. Lift your game and provide a room that fits its description

I booked this place as I was staying in Sydney for New Year's Eve and nowhere in Central Sydney was affordable.
I was therefore really impressed with the Metro Line near the hotel (which operated late at the turn of the year) as well as the hotel itself. The room was nice with a good mini bar and breakfast was great. The hotel also had a pool which I didn't get chance to use.
The only negative was that I wasn't able to have lunch in the hotel when I arrived on New Year's Eve as they had already begun to prepare for the evening.
