I booked last minute and the rate was very competitive. Plenty of parking on site for $30 per day. The checkin was very efficient and friendly. I ordered room service from the in house restaurant anc it was excellent. The beef cheeks and vegetables cooked to perfection. Comfy bed, good room amenities like coffee maker and a well stocked mini bar. Overall a great stay 👍

Everything was really good. Room was clean, service was great. Coffee was also great. Very close to the Mall and a local station, which was convenient for travel. Only thing was in the room i was in, it didnt seem possible to pay for a movie to watch, or chromecast, which was a bit annoying. Only had normal tv it seemed. I may have been doing something wrong though, not sure.

There is no outside signage that identifies the property which seems odd. Seperate parking costs and booking had to be made at reception on arrival which was odd.

The room was old and unclean. Hair on the floor, a mouldy rubber bath mat and the bathroom cupboard wouldn't open. I had to use my comb to push it open to get to the hair dryer.

Room was quiet and much cleaner than the room we had on our previous stay 8 months ago. This room also had much better beds, though "too soft" for my husband and son. A lock on the bathroom door would be appreciated. Not happy that a daily parking fee has been introduced since last staying here. Friendly staff.

I don’t understand why guests need to pay for parking here. The car park is sizable and is often half empty. The hotel isn’t in a high density, hard to park area. I feel making guests pay is just blatant profiteering. Won’t stay here again

Stayed here many times over the years previous to Visy and have never paid for parking, I understand to charge if workers from nearby buildings were using but hotel guests should not be charged. The hotel is years overdue for an update, the hallways smelt and very run down. There was a fire alarm went off at midnight waking all from their sleep and it appeared that only one night manager on duty and one security guard, they both appeared to be “lost” and giving NO direction to anyone. The culprit for the alarm was a male in a room smoking. We didn’t even bother to stay for breakfast as couldn’t wait to leave. The second worst hotel I have stayed in and the actually worst in Hawaii was due for demolition - this should be on the list for this hotel.

While the rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and there are adequate amenities, the carpet in the bedroom is rippled (causing a trip hazard) and the bathroom is very outdated. Of particular concern was the black between the tiles in the bath shower and the fact that there are no robust grab rails while stepping in and out of the bath to shower.

If I could rate this hotel minus, I would do so. It is disgraceful that such a sub-par room is sold at all, much less for the price that is being charged. Staff were lovely and attempted to help, but no offer of an upgrade into a decent room. Carpets were beyond awful. It looked like someone had used the carpet as a toilet, and smelt that way too. Bathroom was beyond dated and grout was filthy. I will never, ever stay here again. Lift your game and provide a room that fits its description

Only thing was in the room i was in, it didnt seem possible to pay for a movie to watch, or chromecast, which was a bit annoying. Only had normal tv it seemed. I may have been doing something wrong though, not sure.
