地點在徒步區，非常好，假日晚上可以聆聽街頭表演，有幾間房間浴室很大，設施簡單，但優雅，不過頂樓房間需趴一層樓梯

老酒店 位置好 酒店房间也大 就是设施太一般 不符合五星酒店标准 房间里连茶/咖啡设施都没有

入住的飯店鄰近聖史蒂芬教堂Stephansdom，附近也有地鐵站，位於熱鬧的市中心，逛街吃飯購物都很方便！房間乾淨舒適～唯一小缺點是因在市中心，晚上有時會吵鬧。

Good location. The room is spacious and classy. The service is excellent. If there is a swimming pool/gym, then it will be perfect.

A very elegent and classical hotel. Great decoration, comfort beds and great location. A weird thing is our room with a door connecting to the other room and it can not be locked!

A charming hotel in an Excellent location in the core of Vienna. Easy walkable access to many historical locations, shopping, restaurants, grocery store. Front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Definitely recommend!

the location is amazing right next to shopping and dining, the rooms were surprisingly big with very nice style and big bathroom and very clean, definitely recommend this hotel

Overall, the hotel was very rundown. Was not worth the price. Location was great service was horrible. Alarm went off at 11:30 at night. Bathrooms were horrendous. The room was worn out. Carpet was disgusting. I would not stay here ever again.

The Ambassador Hotel is an excellent choice for those who want to be in the walkable part of Vienna. The beds and linens are first rate, and the property is beautiful.The staff is polite and helpful.My only complaint is that if you don't order breakfast at the hotel there is no free coffee available as part of the cost of the room, which I find highly unusual. Most of the cafes in the area don't open before 9:00am. To ask a guest for payment for the day's first coffee by the hotel in which one is staying doesn't sit well with me and feels like a lack of hospitality.

Convenient location, beautiful exterior, lots of restaurants nearby (although I recommend getting out of inner district to other awesome restaurants that aren't as expensive - you're paying the tourist tax in this location). Staff were polite and helpful. I did note a lack of general staff available however. Rooms had an "old world feel" which was unique - however, the rooms were lacking in many ways. Damp smell, bathrooms weren't cleaned properly, the towels are very small and thin. The hotel was not fully booked when we stayed (middle of the week) and we were placed in a room right near the service elevator. Very annoying to hear an elevator creaking all day and night and staff talking loudly outside our door/linen carts banging very early in the morning. Not sure why you would place guests in a sub par room when there was MANY rooms available. We did not need parking or use the breakfast buffet/bar so we can't comment on that. 2 adults for 2 nights.

This was a perfect choice for us. We are a bit spoiled... We loved the hotel, ornate decor, spacious rooms, the staff, the buffet breakfast (OMG - the selections and price were unbeatable). The location could not be better for those wanting to have walkable access to all the amazing places of interest (restaurants, palaces, historical and memorial buildings/places) in the Innere Stadt. If you wanted to explore outside the Innere Stadt, no problem, walk to the "U" - the world is your oyster... or just keep walking and you could find more places (not that far either). Needless to say, the hotel the main reason behind our a very successful vacation.
