The Graben hotel is perfect for those exploring Vienna, being a few feet from the vibrant Stephansplatz, giving you instant access to the Cahedral and all around. The hotel itself is magnificent with staff who will try to help you no matter what the query. The rooms could do with bigger TV's but seriously for the location and the bonus of having one of the best Italian restaurants that I have ever eaten in attached to it (and yes, I have been to Italy) The Graben is unbeatable.

1. The shower hot water supply was not stable, sometime cold and sometime very hot.
2. The ventilation in the room was very poor, no air conditioming unless above 30 degree according to the staff. I need to open all the window and door to get fresh air.
3. I was warned that water boiler cannot be used in room. So I dont use it and just leave it on the table, but the cleaning staff took away it without any notification to me, that was so rude and this made me very angry.
4. Only the breakfast was good and the staff in restaurant was nice.

位在1號紅線地鐵史蒂芬教堂旁,物價貴.以如此價格對應位置設備算公平,但談不上4星. 也因位在市區巷子中,空間比較受限制, 環境安全; 沒冰箱, 自備牙膏牙刷. 早餐普通, 要咖啡給1壺; 木質地板走路支支聲. 但應該不影響其他房, 因為我沒聽到樓上. 旅館提醒早餐別取餐時桌上留東西, 代表曾經發生過不愉快事情. 網路要多login幾次.
