Great breakfast

1. The shower hot water supply was not stable, sometime cold and sometime very hot. 2. The ventilation in the room was very poor, no air conditioming unless above 30 degree according to the staff. I need to open all the window and door to get fresh air. 3. I was warned that water boiler cannot be used in room. So I dont use it and just leave it on the table, but the cleaning staff took away it without any notification to me, that was so rude and this made me very angry. 4. Only the breakfast was good and the staff in restaurant was nice.

Close to St. Stephansplatz, as well as easy access to U-Bahn

位在1號紅線地鐵史蒂芬教堂旁,物價貴.以如此價格對應位置設備算公平,但談不上4星. 也因位在市區巷子中,空間比較受限制, 環境安全; 沒冰箱, 自備牙膏牙刷. 早餐普通, 要咖啡給1壺; 木質地板走路支支聲. 但應該不影響其他房, 因為我沒聽到樓上. 旅館提醒早餐別取餐時桌上留東西, 代表曾經發生過不愉快事情. 網路要多login幾次.

地點很好，只是房間偏小！

非常方便的飯店，地鐵站步行3分鐘就到！房間雖小但也算舒適，餐廳有非常親切的台灣服務生喔：）

酒店位置非常好，去大教堂、霍夫堡都只需幾分鐘路程，附近餐廳、購物商店也非常多，總之非常便利。雖然地處鬧區，但晚上在房間休息仍是滿安靜的。飯店服務人員態度親切，且早餐很好吃!

離市中心很近

放兩人行李空間有些困難，但地點絕佳

In 3.5 weeks of traveling through 8 European countries, this was our WORST experience! The staff smokes right behind the counter, despite the "Smoking-Free Floor" signs in the hotel. Air conditioning? No! Just an internal fan unit, not connected to a real air conditioner. As a result, two people in a tiny room suffocate at night. An open window is also not an option because the street is crowded and noisy 24/7. The room is tiny, the shower is tiny, everything about the interior is cheap and sloppy. The nearest parking they recommend is 2 km away. Unloading and loading luggage is a hassle. I would give this place only one star only because it is located in the very center of Vienna. But I would never go back to this hotel anymore.

Fint hotel med god central beliggenhed. God service, med venligt personale

This hotel is a few minutes from the Cathedral, in a central pedestrianised area, easy to walk to many of the places you would want to visit. Hotel amenities super clean. Restaurant if you want to eat there in the evening, recommended. Excellent breakfast options, good coffee! Very friendly staff. I would book again.

Very professional staff, patient, responsive, helpful. Room was compact and tastefully designed, bed was very comfortable, very peaceful sleep. It may not be suitable for families - as it is located along an alley with several pubs.

Lovely staff at the hotel who were very helpful. Very close to metro and public transport. Many places of interest within a very short walk. Will definitely stay here again.

スタッフの皆さんが親切で安心して過ごすことができた。 名所が徒歩圏内。観光で歩き疲れたら近くの有名カフェでひと休み。有名店の料理をテイクアウトして部屋で気軽に楽しめるのも良いです。 パジャマや歯ブラシはないので用意が必要です。 とても快適でした。おすすめです。
