Nice hotel with friendly staffs.

Top marks to the staff on the 8th floor - very well looked after at breakfast, Perhaps to an Austrian five different colours of carrot for breakfast and a printed menu offering a variety of dishes, so long as you wanted eggs, is the norm...? The lack of clothes storage in the rooms wasn't helpful, and an explanation of the lighting system would have been useful; it appeared to be either "all on" or "all off".

We missed conditioner and bathrobes. Also the bed was quite firm. Otherwise a really Nicke Hotel.

Stayed 9 nights, room was warm couldn't get the air conditioning to work but we were able to get some air from the window which was nice. The room layout for two people is odd for getting ready. The room isn't set up for someone like me who wants to do some work, there is no chair or desk, just a bed and small bench, bed and pillow need upgrading, I don't ever say that on these reviews, but this is a nice hotel with really bad flat pillows and flat bed. We had some nice people friendly desk people, but one was really crabby, the desk helped us with cabs and valet service with our car which was very nice. We didn't eat there at all. Location is excellent, you can walk everywhere. There is a McDonalds on the corner. Not saying we wouldn't stay there again. Had a good time.

Very nice rooftop breakfast restaurant with high quality and excellent service.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable, although it would have been nice to have a drawer or two for storing clothes, etc. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is within easy walking distance of many museums, restaurants, shops and public transportation. The breakfast buffet is excellent with plenty of choices to suit any taste.

The room was spacious, and the beds were perfect. And even though the room overlooked the Ringroad, it was amazingly quiet.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Zimmer sind schön, der Frühstücksraum mit Dachterasse bietet einen tollen Ausblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Beide Restaurants im Haus sind empfehlenswert, Reservierung erforderlich.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ist ein Erlebnis und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Super beliggenhed i gåafstand til alle de store seværdigheder. Lille rooftop poolområde med liggestole og fantastisk udsigt ud over Wien. Gode senge og lækkert sengetøj.

Hotel was lovely, staff really friendly. Location was idea for Vienna. We liked the quirky room, but no storage was a real pain, and the lights were either all on or off.

Fantastic location, clean hotel with a nice rooftop patio. Room was spacious and clean, however without AC or a strong fan the shower enclosure within the main room did make it very warm to get ready. The only privacy in the evenings from the street was with full wooden shutters, making it so any air flow from the open windows was blocked to cool the room down.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and great location. Easy walking or public transportation.
