My husband and I recently stayed at the Hilton Barbados Resort, and overall, the experience was average at best. The bedroom itself was nice and comfortable, but the bathroom definitely needs updating. The bathtub never appeared fully clean, which made us uncomfortable enough that we chose not to use it during our stay. The beach is truly beautiful—large, spacious, and one of the highlights of the property. However, the service significantly fell short. There was no consistent poolside or beachside service for food or drinks, and staff were rarely visible throughout the day. The pool area also needs attention, as the concrete is visibly cracking, and the hot tub was out of service for the entirety of our stay. Each morning, even as early as 8 AM, there were no towels available for guests at the pool or beach, which was frustrating. As for dining, both Lighthouse Terrace and Beach Bar offered food that was average and did not stand out. Additionally, small details were disappointing—such as the weekend snow cone offering at 2 PM, which we attempted to enjoy, only to find they had already run out of ice. Overall, while the location and beach are beautiful, the service, maintenance, and overall experience did not meet expectations.

Hotel staff were wonderful. The hotel itself is dated and needs upgrading. Room cleaning could be improved. Breakfast was good and had a good variety of food. The outdoor grounds, the pool and bar were well maintained.

Fabulous view of the ocean. Food and drinks were expensive although there was a daily happy hour every evening. We wanted a late checkout but they could only help until 12.30 but there were showers available which was helpful

My corner room was not ready so they gave me a suite , witch was fantastic plus there faculties are good great beach , beautiful

The hotel sits in a strategical area both for enjoyment beaches/water sports and good food. We enjoyed our stay here. Friendly staff and lovely seafront location!

The hotel is old and beat up. Not so clean. They are renovating it slowly but it was one of the worst hotels I stayed in in a very long time. And I travel non-stop. Super overpriced for what it is. Only nice thing was the view and the beach. Great spot. Beautiful water and sand. They must renovate this place.

Resort was well maintained. Food was mostly good except one dish (e.g. shrimp bowl) was rather dry and lacked flavor.

Service was slow.

Mixed bag with this Hilton, which is in a superb location and has reasonably good amenities. The reception staff are good, but overwhelmed at certain times of day with long queues waiting to be attended to. Food in the restaurants was extremely good but a little on the pricey side. When restaurants were quiet the service was exceptionally good, but became a problem again at busy times. Pool areas, bars and beach all good, in lovely setting. We had a flood in our bathroom/room and while it was attended to it took 45 minutes for a maintenance person to come and nearly 3 hours for a room cleaner to attend by which time we had been forced to mop everything up ourselves. Compensation of $100 given, but not really the point given the disruption and time taken to deal with it. Overall impression is a very nice hotel, good amenities and staff, but possibly a problem with understaffing which impacts on service given.

Perustuu pitkälti deep fried ruokaan ja hedelmäosastolla oli tarjolla ainoastaan meloneja. Ensimmäisenä aamuna oli mehuosasto, mutta sen jälkeen sillä paikalla seisoi tyyppi miniblenderin kanssa vääntämässä eri melonimehuja. Appelsiinimehua sai kun pyysi erikseen henkilökunnalta. Yleisesti ottaen todella kallis hotelli kuntoon ja tarjoiluun nähden. Allasalueen ravintolan anti myös kallista ja heikkolaatuista. Siellä myös palvelu hidasta.

The room was spotless and the staff were very friendly. The beach was a bit rough and other guests seemed to be saving beach chairs which was unpleasant . Overall the property was great and convenient to get to other nearby places.

The staff was incredible! Everyone is so friendly and kind. The resort is beautiful and clean and the food and drinks are delicious.
