Great place, very clean and staff very friendly

We had an awesome week at the Hilton Barbados Resort! The pool was wonderful. The coffee shop was wonderful. All of the staff we encountered were amazing as well. The only thing we needed was more vacation time!

If you’re looking to book this resort please do it! Natasha at the front desk made our trip so memorable- she felt like family. Lisa our server at breakfast was also amazing. Beyond grateful for this experience and stay I would recommend anyone to book. 10/10!!

My room had mold on the ceiling. The ironing board had mold on it. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. The food in the Lighthouse restaurant was not good. On my last day eating breakfast I got sick and had to throw up. The Grill restaurant is over priced for the portion of food you get.

Limited lunch options in the resort. But the location is amazing and even the locals consider it the best hotel.

I had great concern for addl fees and had an issue with my phone being hacked. Thank God AT&T was able to determine that it wasn’t me and returned a credi I am also currently disputing additional charges with the Hilton Barbados. Be sure to save all your receipts and don’t charge anything to your room. The Hilton Barbados has left a bad taste in my mouth. There r a lot of additional fees and government fees that are not included especially when you book with a third party. I am a Hilton member and will never visit Barbados again Very dissatisfied !!!!!!

Overall great experience and service

Everything about the Hilton was wonderful. Staff were so nice& very helpful. Property is beautiful & very well maintained. Very clean. Maybe best property I’ve ever stayed at

Absolutely fantastic.

The only staff who made the stay okay were Ivan and Robert. Otherwise, you’d wait 30-40 minutes for food and when you get the food not even 10-15 minutes later staff is asking to remove the food they just brought. Staff did not check to see if we needed anything. The property is outdated. Needs a lot of maintenance. Only 1-2 elevators were working during our stay. Staff is not very helpful. Our housekeeper would snarl her face at us when she would see us, I’m not sure what her problem was. This was the worse Hilton property we’ve ever been to. The food was subpar. The pricing for the spa is misleading.

My stay at Hilton Barbados was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is beautifully located with stunning ocean views and direct access to gorgeous beaches. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. The staff truly made the experience exceptional—they were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The dining options were excellent, with delicious food and a great variety to choose from. The pool and other amenities were also fantastic and added to the overall enjoyment of the stay. I highly recommend Hilton Barbados to anyone looking for a relaxing Caribbean getaway. I look forward to visiting again!

The beach had a lot of Sea Weeds. I was not able to use the Beach at the Hotel.

Our stay was excellent. No beach. Unfortunately the hotel does not facilitate beach visits. No hotel transport.

My room was very spacious and clean. I was facing the sea lovely view also got the opportunity to see the horses having their morning bath,My daughter didn't want to leave she wanted me to extend for 9more days.
