I’ve been at the resort since 5pm, I still don’t have a room and it’s 8:25pm. Staff just keeps saying we are looking into it. For over $650 for one night you would think this wouldn’t happen. I may be able to give a better review when a resolution is presented but right now this is so unprofessional it’s beyond words.

This Hilton is begining to show its age and in need of renovation. Did not feel clean and air-conditioned rattled (may be a room issue only). Convenient and staff was attentive though. Recommended for families due to private beach, pool and hot tub. Recommend renovation to reclaim title at touch notch hotel in Barbados. 7/10

The breakfast staff especially Elijah did not make us feel welcome. Every little request was met by ' I must check with the manager,' this included asking for some foil for a sandwich for my gluten and dairy intolerant son. When we asked for lemon, he brought us one segment (like it was him paying for it!). Lisa on the otherhand was in stark contrast a vibrant personable lady who bent over backwards to accommodate and make us feel welcome. Hilton, you have a star in Lisa!
