客間一應俱全, 隔音好. 包早餐, 雖然每天都一樣, 但好吃的. 泊車要付費, 但有蓋和專屬的出入口

The staff was helpful and nice, the room was clean and neat as well. In particular, the beverage was awesome! We dined twice there during dinner and found very satisfied.

这几年陆陆续续住过几次，这次这糟糕，不会再去了。房间服务越来越差，桌子都不擦了，而且一周时间都不会擦。毛巾变成只有一套了，如果你昨天忘记放地上，当晚就不要想新的了。洗澡水好冷，电视机关不上，只能晚上静音。楼下的饭馆还是依旧不错，fish soup一贯的好。下次没有理由不去城里住了，拜拜，castelnou

very good. it is my second time. Except wifi speed and...no gym. restaurant is very good. i like the fish soup...

Schone en ruime kamers. Zeer vriendelijk en mee denkend personeel. Makkelijk te bereiken en op loopafstand naar het centrum. Aanrader voor een bezoek aan Gent.

Sehr freundliches Personal, großzügiges Appartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, gute Lage fußläufig zum Zentrum, gute Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Morgenmaden var under forventning. Og personalet var ikke særlig imødekommende

El lugar está muy bien, todo el personal es muy atento, GRACIAS 🙏 gran desayuno incluido 😋 el único pero seria la ubicación, esta un poquito retirado del centro, de ahi en fuera es perfecto 👌

Clean hotel, helpful staff. Note that the kitchen doesn’t have a toaster or microwave, so your food reheating options are limited to the induction cooktop. They did however have sharp knives (a rarity) so we could easily cut the apple and cheese we bought. Two things on location: the hotel is not near either train station, and the cabs at the station will gouge you. We got nabbed for €25 euros when we arrived. However when we left, the lovely receptionist called us a cab - and it was €15, even split with another couple. Knowledge is power. The hotel is close to a picturesque canal, and there’s a bridge across it right at the end of the hotel street. Do NOT cross that bridge and take that route into the centre of town, unless you want to endlessly trudge through the dullest streets in Gent. There aren’t even any bars to stop at for refreshment: I mean Dull. You’ll start to wonder why anyone goes to Ghent. However, at check-in the receptionist will give you a map and highlight an attractive, easy 20-25 minute route that puts you right in the centre of town. This route is perfect and cannot be improved. If someone you love looks at the map and says I see a better way, he is wrong. Throw him in the canal.

Personal war nett und hilfsbereit

We had a lovely stay in Gent at the CASTLENOU apartment/hoIel.I would suggest having complimentary coffee snd tea available for guests. There are both in the rooms, however a limited selection. Breakfast had an extensive selection of a variety of breakfast foods for fifferent cultures. We had a suite which was roomy.
