Good location with parking space and electrical vehicle charger. Super kind staff and clean, pleasant room :)

It's my 3rd time to stay there for business trip. It is always clean and has a lot of space compare to other hotels in Gent. Also it has a parking lot.

방은 사진보다 훨씬 넓고 깨끗하며 좋아요. 다음에도 겐트에 간다면 또 투숙하고 싶어요.

5성급 이상의 서비스와 룸컨디션을 주로 이용하고 또 그정도의 서비스를 기대하는분께는 기대에못미치지만 장기투숙하시는분들께는 좋을듯 직원들친절하고 객실상태는 리노베이션했는지 지은지 얼마안됐는지 청소상태를 떠나 기본적으로 새것같은 느낌 방의전망도 별달리없고 시내나가려면 버스타야하는데(버스정류장은 호텔 코앞이고 호텔에서도버스티켓판매) 저의경우 장기투숙은 시내와 좀 떨어진 거주지동네에서 현지인 느낌으로 지내는것도 나름 편안하고 재밌어서 좋아함. 조식은 종류가 많이 바뀌거나 고급스럽진 않으나 서민집밥수준^^ 주문해먹는 음식들도 가정식처럼 고급스럽진않나 맛은 모두 굿^^ 다만 아파트호텔인데 세탁실이 따로 없고 세탁서비스를 맡겨야하는 시스템은 비용면에서 부담스럽게 느끼는 사람들 있을듯

El lugar está muy bien, todo el personal es muy atento, GRACIAS 🙏 gran desayuno incluido 😋 el único pero seria la ubicación, esta un poquito retirado del centro, de ahi en fuera es perfecto 👌

Clean hotel, helpful staff. Note that the kitchen doesn’t have a toaster or microwave, so your food reheating options are limited to the induction cooktop. They did however have sharp knives (a rarity) so we could easily cut the apple and cheese we bought. Two things on location: the hotel is not near either train station, and the cabs at the station will gouge you. We got nabbed for €25 euros when we arrived. However when we left, the lovely receptionist called us a cab - and it was €15, even split with another couple. Knowledge is power. The hotel is close to a picturesque canal, and there’s a bridge across it right at the end of the hotel street. Do NOT cross that bridge and take that route into the centre of town, unless you want to endlessly trudge through the dullest streets in Gent. There aren’t even any bars to stop at for refreshment: I mean Dull. You’ll start to wonder why anyone goes to Ghent. However, at check-in the receptionist will give you a map and highlight an attractive, easy 20-25 minute route that puts you right in the centre of town. This route is perfect and cannot be improved. If someone you love looks at the map and says I see a better way, he is wrong. Throw him in the canal.

客間一應俱全, 隔音好. 包早餐, 雖然每天都一樣, 但好吃的. 泊車要付費, 但有蓋和專屬的出入口

Personal war nett und hilfsbereit

We had a lovely stay in Gent at the CASTLENOU apartment/hoIel.I would suggest having complimentary coffee snd tea available for guests. There are both in the rooms, however a limited selection. Breakfast had an extensive selection of a variety of breakfast foods for fifferent cultures. We had a suite which was roomy.

Clean, modern bright hotel Very well equipped, great location. Female receptionist upon arrival and departure was efficient and friendly, in a business like way. The breakfast staff member was also pleasant. On Saturday afternoon upon returning to the hotel after being out all day, I had popped down to the restaurant to request some milk for the tea and coffee in our room... The woman in the restaurant was quite rude and barked at me that she'd have to charge me for milk.. I hadn't realised there were sachets containing dried milk in the room as the sachets looked like sugar. Once this had been established I was happy to use these. That small encounter soured the experience of customer service. The staff member making me feel like I was requesting something for free that I wasn't entitled to! Not very hospitable service on that front!
