整個樓層充滿一股很重的霉味，一進房間整個味道迎面而來，特別是老舊的冰箱處，洗手台排水不佳，排水孔已經無蓋，可見已經清楚狀況，煮水器已經生鏽嚴重，根本不敢使用；人在房內已經反鎖，卻還是有清潔人員沒按電鈴直接衝進來，可見防盜鎖無用，當晚立馬用椅子擋門

離車站很近，很適合商務客。早餐很豐富。附近也有付費停車場，不過停車不便宜。

The hotel is close to the central station and bus stops. The room is tidy and comfortable. But there is something wrong with the plumbing, as I was using the shower, the water alternates between periods of warm/cold water and strong/weak flow. I have to wait for the right water temperature and flow every one or two minutes. Kind of frustrated that a 4 star hotel would have this kind of problem.

The location is excellent! Steps walk to central station. The breakfast is great. Free WiFi in the lobby is good. The room, which is not facing the street, is small and dark. Avoid taking a room like that.

Winkels en restaurants op loopafstand, ideaal. Parkeren in de buurt (Qpark), voor 30 euro per dag. Antwerpen centrum is een leuke en gezellige stad, bourgondisch met veel sfeer! Hotel is oké, maar best duur voor wat je krijgt. Bij ons ontbrak de zeep en shampoo, maar bij de receptie kregen we alles mee wat we nodig hadden. Föhn is niet heel erg goed, snel oververhit. Ontbijt was voldoende keuze. Vooral het vers af gebakte brood was heerlijk.

Het hotel is oke, het is oud en gedateerd. Douchen in bad en de douchewand lekt gigantisch. Locatie is top. Vlak bij het centrum en centraal station.

O quarto está tão iluminado que não é possível se ver nos espelhos. Apesar de estarmos num país em que se fala francês, não havia canais franceses/em francês na TV. Não havia toalha de rosto e de chão. Tive de usar o de banho como de chão. Havia chá e café de cortesia. Havia cofre no quarto. A cortina blackout é suficiente. O wi-fi é ruim em alcance e velocidade. Café da manhã é médio: faltou variedade e tem de correr atrás de pratos etc. Como não havia descrição dos pratos, não sabia o que estava sendo servido. Não há ovos fritos. O hotel é bem localizado, pois fica em frente à estação principal.

Property is having some aging and closure issues, but it's ideally located, has a friendly staff, and is well-priced.

Location location location but that's it...this hotel does not live up to its 4star rating. We will not stay there again.

Avoid. AC in room didn't work and the hotel thought I should be understanding, which to a certain degree I could have been unless this information was given to me in a very (17-18 degree) cool lobby. Light in bathroom worked only occasionally. Flies seems to be entering the room from ventilation or cracks in ceiling. One of two bed lamps worked. Only little positive thing was the breakfast personal which very service minded The location is good but there are faaaar better hotels in this area (Diamant) for same budget.

The air conditioner in the room didn’t work throughout our entire stay. The hotel’s response was poor – they weren’t really willing to help, and the solution they offered was simply to open a window.
