在車站對面很方便，純粹住宿是可以，若有其它方面的期待會比較不適合您。

車站走出來就到，對推嬰兒車跟拖大件行李的我們來說，真的是太方便了。

I think the room is okay. It is clean and big enough. However, the facility is quite antiquated. When you want to check in, you have to carry your luggage and climb three stairs. If you want to deposit your luggage at the hotel. You need to deposit it in the locker, but half of the locker is not available. Furthermore, the locker is at the basement, so you need to wait for the chance to go to the basement, since the elevator will go up stair first.

Very easy to reach from train station. There is always receptionist(s) there which make us feel safe. Bad smell of smoking goes to our room until mid night when the restaurant close. We request for extra hangers and it takes a whole day to deliver to our room until we remind the front desk for the third time. Overall, it is a nice hotel to stay for traveller, easy to go around the city.

There are a lot of strangers outside the hotel. The room is not very clean. There are a lot of black dirt on the towels, bed sheet and pillows. The staff’s attitude is not very good. They don’t show smile or eye contact when they talk to customers. If you have a baby with you, this is definitely not a suitable hotel for you to stay because there is no bottle water or hot water bottle inside your room. Some basic stuff, such as cups for drinking water, slippers, fridge, toothbrushes and toothpaste will not be provided in this hotel. This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in Europe.

The check in was quite long and the guy left the position while I was waiting for my key...then another lady came and gave me a key...When I arrived at the room I found out that someone else was already there....I had to go back to reception and start again... when finally I was in "my" room the wifi did not work at all...I waited half an hour without success....only in the following morning quite early the wifi worked

Directly at Brussels Midi/Zuid! Area around and status of the hotel could be improved! Room was ok, but price much too high!

O hotel está muito bem localizado. Ponto fraquissimo: Te cobram para deixar as malas sem você chegar no hotel antes do horário do checkin.

Schreckliche Umgebung, stinkende Zimmer...

It was quite an expansive, breakfast buffet available - though the pricing seemed a bit hefty, in my opinion. €20 per person Otherwise, friendly staff, and very clean facility.

Room basic but great location across road from Eurostar and tram into the centre. V.good breakfast. Happy to get an early check-in.

Sincèrement l hotel est très bien, le personnel serviable et souriant. J avais une très grande chambre au calme, grande sdb. Seul bémol, le pdj trop cher pour moi. Très pratique, en face de la gare

Good hotel, very central, but rooms toward the train station are extremely noisy.

Ótima localização, ao lado da estação central, basta atravessar a rua.

I was very disappointed with the lady in the restaurant , I've checked on Friday night, before you enter the restaurant she asked your room number to get to restaurant if you've paid for breakfast, but the way she was shouted without any manners, she does it not once but 2 times , I said to her I should have reported to the intentions of the manager Not only to me ,but a couple of times to the others clients She needs a bit if customers training in the area
