All good breakfast was super location next to midi plus the tram my only thought we were charged 9 euros to store our bags for 3 hrs

It was excellent. The location for us was perfect because it was right across the street from the train station, which is so convenient. Our days are so full we dont need prime location spots. I like when I can ditch my luggage quickly on arrival. The hotel was so clean as has been every place I've been in Europe. The front desk guy was great, so helpful and sweet. If I had to say anything, the lighting in the room was very poor, but not a deal breaker in any way.

The check in was quite long and the guy left the position while I was waiting for my key...then another lady came and gave me a key...When I arrived at the room I found out that someone else was already there....I had to go back to reception and start again... when finally I was in "my" room the wifi did not work at all...I waited half an hour without success....only in the following morning quite early the wifi worked

I was very disappointed with the lady in the restaurant , I've checked on Friday night, before you enter the restaurant she asked your room number to get to restaurant if you've paid for breakfast, but the way she was shouted without any manners, she does it not once but 2 times , I said to her I should have reported to the intentions of the manager
Not only to me ,but a couple of times to the others clients

Their aircon is maximized on the lowest setting, but it's still not cold. Cup for coffee or tea not washed with stain. Staff are nice. We complaint about the aircon they give us an electric fan.

Premium room was very spacious, comfortable bed, and quiet. The room’s decor was a bit dated tiny TV, and bathroom a bit tired. However made up by the friendly staff, and a bar that was open late for food which was appreciated as we arrived much later than planned thanks to German trains!
