Det er verste hotell jeg både i, skittent teppe og lukter, såp i dusjen, var ikke nok varmen i rommet dårlig service it is the worst hotel i both in, dirty carpet and smell, soap in the shower, was not enough heat in the room bad service and ages more to stay Ibis hotel

Best hotel!! Fantastic front desk service. Perfect location across from train station Midi. Lovely room, clean, nice bed, great shower. A hot pot for water is the only thing missing. Outstanding.

The room had an unclean carpet with marks and both my single bed and my parents double mattress bed had several pee, blood and dust stains under the 2 inch thick mattress film we slept on. There was also no running warm or hot water in the bathroom. I called reception 4 times at night on the 29th and no one answered. We came to Brussels for 1 night for my mothers birthday on the 29th and my parents anniversary on the 30th of December. My mom now has a cold as she had to take a cold shower at night. I mentioned this to the manager, Roman, who said to email him photos and he will look into it. This is completely unacceptable customer experience. I am requesting a full refund.

The room was okay, big and good customer service. The location is in front to the train station. It is not quite and maybe you can not feel safe.

El hotel no es que este mal es el área esta demasiado sucia. Y frente al hotel se paran hombres muy raros a toda hora. Tiene un excelente desayuno, mega centrico porque esta frente a la estación Midi. Y los cuartos espaciosos pero necesitan mejor limpieza los baños estan curtidos manchados ya necesitan renovación.

La chambre était propre et bien rangé. Pas de chance à notre arrivée à 15 heures 30 l’entrée principale de l’hôtel était fermé pour travaux. Il fallait contourner pour prendre l’entrée du parking. Le reste est irréprochable .

Mon séjour chez Ibis Hôtel Bruxelles a été vraiment génial avec un personnel Sympa, Hospitalier, prêt à répondre à toute attente, encore une fois merciiiiiii infiniment et à très bientôt

Rom was ok. Should provide a kettle and some tea/coffee. Staff was ok,can be friendlier

Práctico, limpio y super bien ubicado, a unos pasos de la estación donde puedes tomar el metro para ir al centro en menoa de 5 minutos o tomar un tren al aeropuerto o ciudades cercanas. El personal super amable y servicial, nos ayudaron a imprimir los boletos de avión y nos explicaron como utilzar el transporte local

503 room was a lovely stay,great designed room,big size,air conditioning,big opening window with view and a blind,lots of sockets,towels,too many if anything haha,good TV I suppose? Carpeted floor was nice hehe.no kettle 😏 but always bring my own,no small fridge,good room temperature,handy bin,but room service was too often and in mornings 😔,very local tram,metro station on the left as come out hotel.also area was not too bad, as ppl make out,a telephone too. Shampoo and conditioner there.i found the long hallways of rooms.... like a maze first day.you can eat in room too,from going shops and things from days out hehe.
