The room was spotless. The staff were amazing, well‑mannered, and supported by a strong hotel security presence. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will certainly choose to stay here again in the near future.

The hotel is good for an Ibis standard, they need to better on the breakfast quality and price

O hotel é excelente, muito perto da estação de trem Gare du Midi - Zuid o que facilita bastante. Ponto negativo apenas por não ter frigobar no quarto, por isso dei 4 estrelas. No mais foi tudo ótimo.

The room and staff were great. The location was great for taking the train etc. but was very noisy. As it was next to the station there were people yelling and shouting at the middle of the night. The hotel should think about having a dedicated parking somewhere close by

Best hotel!! Fantastic front desk service. Perfect location across from train station Midi. Lovely room, clean, nice bed, great shower. A hot pot for water is the only thing missing. Outstanding.

The room had an unclean carpet with marks and both my single bed and my parents double mattress bed had several pee, blood and dust stains under the 2 inch thick mattress film we slept on. There was also no running warm or hot water in the bathroom. I called reception 4 times at night on the 29th and no one answered. We came to Brussels for 1 night for my mothers birthday on the 29th and my parents anniversary on the 30th of December. My mom now has a cold as she had to take a cold shower at night. I mentioned this to the manager, Roman, who said to email him photos and he will look into it. This is completely unacceptable customer experience. I am requesting a full refund.

The room was okay, big and good customer service. The location is in front to the train station. It is not quite and maybe you can not feel safe.

El hotel no es que este mal es el área esta demasiado sucia. Y frente al hotel se paran hombres muy raros a toda hora. Tiene un excelente desayuno, mega centrico porque esta frente a la estación Midi. Y los cuartos espaciosos pero necesitan mejor limpieza los baños estan curtidos manchados ya necesitan renovación.

La chambre était propre et bien rangé. Pas de chance à notre arrivée à 15 heures 30 l’entrée principale de l’hôtel était fermé pour travaux. Il fallait contourner pour prendre l’entrée du parking. Le reste est irréprochable .
