nice apartment, with good view of the room and very nice facilities

Hôtel bien situé et chambre spacieuse et calme. L'expérience n'est pas satisfaisante pour autant. La réservation d'une chambre avec twin beds n'a pas été prise en compte, et une chambre avec lit-double nous a été attribuée. Un changement vers une chambre avec lit double + canapé-lit a pu être effectué, mais le front desk a omis de préciser que le matelas (tâché) de ce deuxième couchage n'était pas adapté à un adulte et ne faisait qu'1,80m. Malgré notre demande, le canape-lit n'a pas été préparé durant notre absence, et deux draps ont simplement été déposés dans la chambre, sans alèse, ni couette dimensionnée. Un effort sur le ménage est également nécessaire : outre le matelas tâché, poussière en quantité sur certains éléments de déco et traces immondes sur le siège des toilettes. Enfin, en dépit d'un message envoyé par l'hôtel quelques semaines avant le séjour nous informant d'un partenariat avec le parking voisin, nous avons découvert en arrivant que l'offre n'existait plus.

Personnel très accueillant et serviable

総合的には非常に良かったです。 不満点は、ベランダの扉が壊れていて開かなかったこと、PC作業用のデスクが無かったこと（TV下の台がデスクとして使えたが、椅子が無かった）、洗濯機が2台しか機能しておらず常に待ち時間が長かったことです。 スタッフは親切で、いつもフレンドリーでした。

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Leider hat es ein wenig in dem Zimmer gemuffelt. Entweder hatte vorher jemand dort etwas gekocht und der Duft lag noch in der Luft oder es kam von außen.

Really good little apartment style room. Well equipped kitchen area. Our room was on 7th floor Anne included a patio style roof top area which was lovely to have a drink on.

Clean room. Spacious. Could use afew hooks to hang things up, but asidefrom tgat it eas a very nice room that I would book again.

Should work on cleanliness.

部屋は清潔で広く、快適だった。ベッドもフワフワでよく寝られた。ゴミ回収も含めて掃除がないので他人は部屋に入って来ないので、心配性な私たちも快適に過ごせた。 シャワールームにアメニティとして、ボディソープとシャンプーが一体化？したような物が一本置いてあるだけなので、気になる人は自分のを持って行った方が良い。 キッチンはオーブンとIH、冷蔵庫、デッシュウォシャー、シンク。小さいけど十分。しかし、オイル等は一切ないので調理は諦めました。皿やカップ、カトラリーは十分揃っているので、スーパーやテイクアウトで何か買って、部屋で食べると楽しめます。

アントワープ駅からも近く、ロケーションが良いです。 部屋も広く、利用はしませんでしたが　冷蔵庫の他、電子レンジや調理器具もついており自炊もできます。 おすすめの施設です。

Het was super fijn en goed bereikbaar van het station van Antwerpen.

the hotel deskwqs not friendly at all they gave me a room for handicaped and didnt wana change the room was dusty and after i asked to clean ot they didnt ... i will think twice before coming back there again

Great location with super comfy beds and a very nice terrace and lounge for hanging out with friends in the 7th floor. Just a few blocks from the train station and all the best restaurants

We are staying at the family room, the queen bed is nice but the sofa bed is small and too soft. Great location but it is noisy at night. No double layer of glasses.

The hotel was very close to many restaurants and sites. It is just a 5 minute walk to Central station which is great if traveling by train. The room was clean, orderly, and comfortable. There was a slight odor in the room (maybe a pet stayed in the room prior to us?), but we were able to open the windows to get some fresh air. The reception/check-in area is on the 7th floor. We were not aware of that and we spent about 20 minutes wandering around, so I thought it would be worth mentioning here. It was nice having laundry facilities onsite. All in all, a lovely stay!
