BIG problems with AC, on entire 5th floor....known to staff. We were booked 3 nights. 2 nights struggling with warm room. First evening we phoned to front desk to complain of warm room, with no actual help except "our computer shows it is working". Finally on 2nd afternoon, after 4 calls and 1 and 1/2 wasted hours and no real help except for advice from reception that 'the computer shows it is working", I stomped up to reception and asked to move rooms. They then advised the 5th floor was having problems - ??? why not tell us that sooner??? They tried to reboot their computer program yet again.....then finally at the 2 hour mark move us into a room on 7th floor where the AC worked. Then, when I asked for a free glass of wine for myself and husband as compensation, I was initially told "no, you haven't had any major problems, and its not our fault". REALLY??!! I finally pushed hard enough to get 2 glasses of wine. Our friends in another room on 5th floor had same problem, finally moved. Another guest from 5th floor checked out with a full refund. I was really frustrated that they made no effort to resolve the problem once it became apparent there was an issue, and that I had to push to move rooms, push for a compensatory glass of wine. We wont be back.

Helaas was de douchekraan wisselend (ijskoud en gloeiend heet) in temperatuur en toen ik dat bij het uitchecken aan wilde geven had het personeel geen tijd helaas. De badkamer was ook wat veroudert. Verder een hele fijne nette en super koele kamer, lekker ruim en dicht bij het centrum!

The rooms themselves were fine. However, when we arrived, there was no air conditioning during a very hot string of days. The check in staff did not seem to know how to fix it, and they said that it may not be fixed for a few days! When I contacted the manager, at the staff's request, she never responded back!! After a warm night, we talked to a new hotel staff person who said the fix was actually quite simple and he had the air conditioning up and running in about 15 minutes. Why this problem, which affected many people in the hotel, could not have been resolved right away is beyond me. The manager was clearly unable or unwilling to deal with hotel problems.

Very good location and near most place by walking.

Checking in took over 2 hours. The reception kept saying our rooms would be ready in 20 minutes but it wasn't true. Rooms aren't good either, towels have holes in them and air conditioning does not work.

Hands-down, the best stay in Antwerp! I will return!

Tudo muito bom, porém ontem porá um quarto apartir do 2⁰ andar.

The whole experience was not good. From poor parking availability to the awkward entrance & nonexistent advertised restaurant, all was not as expected. The bathroom in my room was not clean with mold in the shower. Do not recommend.

Top Lage, sehr nahe am Bahnhof und im Diamantenviertel. Man kann im Parkhaus gleich nebenan parken, dies ist jedoch sehr eng. Frühstück war sehr gut, auch der Service, dass man sich in der Lobby jederzeit Café oder Tee zubereiten kann und dies kostenlos. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Für einen Städtetrip, ein ideales Hotel, gerne wieder.

子供連れの3人で2泊しました。 中央駅からは大通りを真っ直ぐ、ひとつ路地に入ったところにありすぐに分かりました。レセプションはホテルの最上階にあり、チェックインもスムーズにできました。 朝食は、レセプションで事前に予約すると大人１５ユーロ、子供は半額でした。当日朝食を申し込むと、21ユーロだそうです。 ４階の小さなキッチン付きの部屋(Executive Family Studio with Kitchen)に泊まりましたが、残念ながら浴室の排水口からの匂いが。殆ど寝る時以外は部屋にいませんでしたが、この匂いは結構きつかったです。 子供のためにセットしてあったソファーベットは軋みが酷く、バスタオルもゴワゴワ、シミがいくつも付いていました。浴室に備え付けてあったドライヤーは壊れていましたが、クローゼットに別のドライヤーがありました。 レセプション隣にある朝食会場は、混んでいて場所がない時はロビーのテーブルで食べます。 ここはチェックアウトする人、掃除用具を運ぶ人などなど行き交い、かなり落ち着かない朝食となりました。2日目も全く同じ食事の内容でしたが、場所が違うとそれなりに落ち着いて食事ができました。 残念ながらビュッフェのチーズにカビが生えておりスタッフに変えて貰う必要があったり、他のテーブルで飲み物がこぼれても、キッチンペーパーをゲストに渡し、自分で拭いて。という感じでした。 空になった食材は常に補充されていたのと、パンの種類が豊富だったのは良かったです。 ホテル内に洗濯機があり、無料で洗濯＋乾燥までできるのは子供連れには助かりました。 部屋の中のインターネットも問題なく使えました。部屋のドアには隙間があるので、廊下の音が漏れ聞こえます。道路に面した部屋でしたが、車通りは多くない通りなので外からの音は気になりませんでした。 旧市街までは徒歩20分程、駅前の賑やかな通りまで歩いてすぐと便利な場所にありました。 私たちは使いませんでしたが、キッチンには一通りの調理器具や食器、小さな冷蔵庫がありました。調味料などは無かったと思います。 部屋の匂いについてスタッフは謝ってくれていましたが、同じ階のエレベーター前やレセプション横のバルコニーに出た時にも同じ匂いがしたので、建物全体の問題なのでは、という気がします。 荷物預かりは、特に鍵など掛からない場所に保管されるようだったので、中央駅のロッカーに預ける方が安全かもしれません。

Room was very big and clean with great storage space. Beds was comfy but pull out vet was awful. Stayed 4 nights, asked for housekeeping and was told they couldn’t. So we had it scheduled for the day before we left and they showed up at like 4:30 PM to do it after we had been gone all day. Asked front desk 5 times for different items, towels, remove trash, etc and not once did they do any of it. I used the message app to talk to them and the never even replied. Worst service I’ve ever had a hotel and it’s a shame because it’s a great room and location.
