This is an apartment type hotel with a sofa area and a kitchenette, which was very nice change from having to eat out every single meal. They also have delicious coffee and breakfast.
We will definitely search out this hotel. Did I mention they have a washer/dryer on every floor.

Very close to the lovely station and the bustly city centre with its historic sights, cafes and shops. The room was large and comfortable but the coffee supply and cups had not been replaced for our arrival and there were some used tissues which I am not sure were ours! The bedding and room looked clean otherwise though. There were also tea and coffee facilities in the lobby. We couldn't get the electric car charging to work in the adjoining car park as we needed an app/account. It was 20euros for 24 hours parking. It wasn't the cleanest car park but was secure with a helpful attendant.

Blocked drains in shower. Couldn’t use it . Room not required with tea cups/water tumbler . We had to ask to take shower in other room .
Expedia reviews don’t match . I would strictly avoid . Property is dated .premier suites didn’t offer compensation and asked to contact Expedia

Unpleasant odour in elevator and hallways. Room was very tired & run down and not very clean. Liquid splatters on walls, stains on furniture/throw pillows. Shower leaked water floors were flooded after shower no matter how careful you were. Huge liability issues for slips/falls.
No housekeeping services. Entire building just looked and smelled unkempt. Very disappointed

The hotel proudly displays a four star rating at its entrance, which it is not deserving of. To be blunt, they have put makeup on a pig with this hotel, it’s been renovated very poorly. It smells terrible on every floor except for reception, oddly located on the top floor. The rooms have been given a quick coat of paint, and some have some modern pieces of furniture added. The bed was not comfortable. My first room has such a terrible smelling drain, I changed rooms. The next room wasn’t much better. Worst part is my clothes and hair smelled like it for at least a day.
I paid for two nights but checked out after one. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. What a disappointment.

This hotel offers a fantastic stay with a spacious, comfortable room and a large bed. The location is excellent, right by local transport, the beautiful Antwerp Central Station, and within easy reach of shops and restaurants. The reception area is also a nice touch, with cozy seating for relaxing or chatting, and even a balcony for enjoying a coffee.
The only drawback is the bathroom setup. There’s no towel rail, which makes it tricky when reusing towels, as the hotel doesn’t provide daily cleaning (a policy I support for environmental reasons). Without a fan, moisture builds up quickly, leaving towels damp. Additionally, there’s no full-length mirror, which can make getting ready a bit inconvenient.
Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel. It’s great value for money, check-in was quick and easy (even letting us in before check in time as the room was already ready), and the room itself was spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with a convenient mini kitchen. Just a few improvements (a towel rail, fan, and full-length mirror) would make the experience even better!

Property was in a good location and room was spacious. The room however was not as expected. We booked an executive studio. In the pictures this showed a shower cubicle and a sofa alongside the room description. The room did not have this. It was a twin rather than a double and had one armchair meaning one of us had to sit on an uncomfortable plastic chair. If we had known we were getting a shower over a bath we would not have booked the room. Overall this made the experience disappointing.

The kitchen has not been cleaned so we had to clean plates by ourselves. Some foods were remained in the refrigerator.
The sofa bed has not been prepared even I told we need that. The staff did not help to prepare duvet for us showed hassle.

This property fits what we want. It is within walking distance to Antwerp Central, yet it is quiet. The property equipped with lots of amenities, A/C, robe, slipper kitchen, nice firm bed , plush beddings.balcony, rooftop exterior access, free laundry service and gym. It's great for either business or leisure travel. I will come again.

Pretty good for a hotel. Offered an amazing stay near the metro coffee and teas in every room. I walked into the room and it smelled amazing everything was clean apart from bellow the bed. It had a convenient TV, balcony access and a lot more perks that you can just check the details on their page. Recommended.

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast and facilities were of a high standard. However, the street outside had overflowing bins that were next to the entrance. They were baking in the sun and smelled foul. We were there for 2 nights and the bins were not moved or emptied so it was not very pleasant arriving or leaving the hotel to go into the city.
