My favorite place to stay in Antwerp!

Tudo muito bom, porém ontem porá um quarto apartir do 2⁰ andar.

The whole experience was not good. From poor parking availability to the awkward entrance & nonexistent advertised restaurant, all was not as expected. The bathroom in my room was not clean with mold in the shower. Do not recommend.

Top Lage, sehr nahe am Bahnhof und im Diamantenviertel. Man kann im Parkhaus gleich nebenan parken, dies ist jedoch sehr eng. Frühstück war sehr gut, auch der Service, dass man sich in der Lobby jederzeit Café oder Tee zubereiten kann und dies kostenlos. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Für einen Städtetrip, ein ideales Hotel, gerne wieder.

子供連れの3人で2泊しました。 中央駅からは大通りを真っ直ぐ、ひとつ路地に入ったところにありすぐに分かりました。レセプションはホテルの最上階にあり、チェックインもスムーズにできました。 朝食は、レセプションで事前に予約すると大人１５ユーロ、子供は半額でした。当日朝食を申し込むと、21ユーロだそうです。 ４階の小さなキッチン付きの部屋(Executive Family Studio with Kitchen)に泊まりましたが、残念ながら浴室の排水口からの匂いが。殆ど寝る時以外は部屋にいませんでしたが、この匂いは結構きつかったです。 子供のためにセットしてあったソファーベットは軋みが酷く、バスタオルもゴワゴワ、シミがいくつも付いていました。浴室に備え付けてあったドライヤーは壊れていましたが、クローゼットに別のドライヤーがありました。 レセプション隣にある朝食会場は、混んでいて場所がない時はロビーのテーブルで食べます。 ここはチェックアウトする人、掃除用具を運ぶ人などなど行き交い、かなり落ち着かない朝食となりました。2日目も全く同じ食事の内容でしたが、場所が違うとそれなりに落ち着いて食事ができました。 残念ながらビュッフェのチーズにカビが生えておりスタッフに変えて貰う必要があったり、他のテーブルで飲み物がこぼれても、キッチンペーパーをゲストに渡し、自分で拭いて。という感じでした。 空になった食材は常に補充されていたのと、パンの種類が豊富だったのは良かったです。 ホテル内に洗濯機があり、無料で洗濯＋乾燥までできるのは子供連れには助かりました。 部屋の中のインターネットも問題なく使えました。部屋のドアには隙間があるので、廊下の音が漏れ聞こえます。道路に面した部屋でしたが、車通りは多くない通りなので外からの音は気になりませんでした。 旧市街までは徒歩20分程、駅前の賑やかな通りまで歩いてすぐと便利な場所にありました。 私たちは使いませんでしたが、キッチンには一通りの調理器具や食器、小さな冷蔵庫がありました。調味料などは無かったと思います。 部屋の匂いについてスタッフは謝ってくれていましたが、同じ階のエレベーター前やレセプション横のバルコニーに出た時にも同じ匂いがしたので、建物全体の問題なのでは、という気がします。 荷物預かりは、特に鍵など掛からない場所に保管されるようだったので、中央駅のロッカーに預ける方が安全かもしれません。

Room was very big and clean with great storage space. Beds was comfy but pull out vet was awful. Stayed 4 nights, asked for housekeeping and was told they couldn’t. So we had it scheduled for the day before we left and they showed up at like 4:30 PM to do it after we had been gone all day. Asked front desk 5 times for different items, towels, remove trash, etc and not once did they do any of it. I used the message app to talk to them and the never even replied. Worst service I’ve ever had a hotel and it’s a shame because it’s a great room and location.

The room and bed are pretty big.

This was my first stay at this hotel. It was very close to the train station, in a safe neighborhood. Easy access to shopping and restaurants and the historic center. Modern suite, kitchenette was clean, room was quiet, floor to ceiling windows, blackout shades were effective. The bathroom was enormous, bed and bedding comfortable. Minimal views. Would stay there again.

Great location, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff. Very spacious room & large shower. Bed is quite soft - some people like that, my back doesn't. Shower is quite slippy (maybe provide a slip mat?). Floor under the bed was dusty.

Mega fint, hyggelig og super centralt. Til trods for vi ikke Spiste morgenmad så var der frisk gratis kaffe hver dag. Fine faciliteter og hyggelig skybar. Vi havde booket 2 værelser i 4 dage og der var alt, rummelige og pæne

Schönes Zimmer, nur das Bad hatte etwas Renovierungsstau. Ansonsten hat es uns aber gut gefallen.

Épaté par la chambre, tout très bien, sa taille, sa propreté, un coin salon cuisine, une partie chambre, très bien équipés, en prises (y'a même 2 grandes télés côté chambre et côté salon), sans oublier la grand terrasse ou la grande salle de bain; l'accueil aussi impeccable ; seule curiosité, de devoir réserver la salle de sport (pourtant très peu utilisée pendant mon séjour); tout globalement quand même remarquable (pour un prix extrêmement raisonnable par rapport à d'autres hébergements)
