We had a great stay! We stayed here at the start and end of our trip and some of the best food of our trip was here. The staff was all very wonderful and accommodating! All in all a great place to stay! Rooms were nice and clean and also one of the most comfortable beds of our trip as well.

Very pleasant stay. The staff were all helpful from the reception, to cooks, and house keepers. No bug or animal problems in the room. You will see many lizards outside but harmless. The pool is refreshing and clean. Some upkeep is needed on the hammocks but I brought my own. Also, arrange transportation in advance to save time.

This property is amazing and clean. The staff are wonderful. A 5 star review. I recommend this property.

We experienced the Caribbean life while staying

No light in the bathroom, the mirror is so high I can't see in it! Room was clean nice bedding and towels. I had arranged for airport pickup and had received 2 emails assuring me that the driver would be there... but no! Food is pretty good and fairly priced. Grounds need attention...somewhat run down. Cant get in the water due to crocodiles! Pool is nice but chaise are rickety and homemade.

Very nice staff. Food was very tasty. Room very nice and bed mattress superb. Had some difficulty with room key but was promptly repaired.

This hotel stay was amazing. The rooms are nice and clean and the views are out of this world. The staff was super nice and very accomodating with everything. They provided transportaion from the airport and the ferry. The pool was amazing, the food was amazing, the staff was amazing and on top of it all. Communcation was very easy. We loved the hotel and loved the calm and serenity around the cabins. Just great all around.

This place desperately needs a huge overhaul its old and rundown..

Stay there is horrible

We missed our international flight back home and had to find a place for the night until the next evening. We hopped on-line and stumbled upon this gem! We called for the airport shuttle and they arrived with in 10 minutes.

Great little cabanas, great pool, lots to do.

Calling all Nature lovers, a unique opportunity awaits. Truly a hidden gem in Belize city. Beautiful property surrounded by trees and a river. Kayaks available at no charge. Relax in the infinity pool as you listen to the birds sing or watch an iguana walking by. Fresh fruit and coffee are complementary every morning. There is also restaurant on site. Very relaxing vacation.

We booked a 450 square foot room and were given a tiny room not more than 200 square feet. The restaurant also is expensive and the only option.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere if nothing to do at the resort. The ocean that you can’t swim on it, supposedly with crocodiles. The hotel is located in the mangroves so full of mosquitoes. Buy some snacks before you get there or you won’t have any. The restaurant doesn’t have many options on the menu so you may be eating the same thing over and over. The hotel will be good if you want to relax per one night before catching your next flight.

We had several major issues with this property, including: 1) Given the wrong room upon check-in with our two young children at 9 pm. 2) AC took a looooooong time to get up to temperature. 3) Two massive cockroaches in our room. 4) Breakfast was not open early enough for us to utilize it before leaving for our flight (at approx 0700). Furthermore, their customer service abruptly stopped responding to communications when we requested some degree of reimbursement for these issues. Poor business. I would recommend staying at a location that will take care of their patrons when their expectations are not met.
