Check in staff could have been friendlier and made eye contact although we were able to check in at 1.30 p.m. This resort requires taxi's for anything not available on site as it wasn't really within easy walking distance for any other restaurants or shops. We ate two meals at the restaurant. My burger was cremated but I wasn't charged for it. The other two lunches were OK, but we had to wait 75 minutes for the food to come. The evening meal was also very slow from ordering to eating. One meal wasn't hot when it was served but the chef took it back to the kitchen to reheat it. We ordered drinks but after two hours they hadn't arrived. The cabanas were OK for one night.

Lovely site

We had arranged to be picked up at the marina but no one came to get us. We called and could not connect for some reason. We finally had to take a taxi. The room was clean but very outdated.

Cabanas were awesome and the hotel grounds were well maintained. Staff were super friendly the food was great! We Have stayed here twice now!

I didn’t have breakfast, but lunch and dinner was amazing.

Road and signage to the Chateau were poor. Couldn't find it in the dark. Very loud party above us to at least 1am.

All was great. Except when I booked. On my booking it stated kitchenette. I arrived yo be told this was not possible. I was very upset. Should get a partial refund !!

The room was nice and clean. The shower was exceptionally beautiful. We very much enjoyed the restaurant and the wonderful staff that ensured all our meals were delicious and prepared with love. We saw some beautiful birds and iguanas. Also, we enjoyed the beautiful salt water pool. And it was so nice to have a good laundry service.

The property is beautiful, the rooms are perfect, the views are amazing, the staff is family and hence - perfect! We had the vacation of our lives here. 7 days is not enough. We couldn’t say enough. It was just what we needed.

Good staff. Overpriced food. Give yourself 30+ minutes after you order food. Terrible last mile road to property. Clean room but the wear and tear is quite noticable. Bedding was stained. Nice grounds.

The room was clean andall ofthe staff were welcoming and very helpful. We will stay again.

This place is amazing!! The owner Dave is involved in the everyday operations and is an amazing tour guide. The cook staff and food are top notch and the menu has a little of everything. Definitely will be back in the future!!

A really terrible hotel and country of Belize. I would advise anyone to stay away from Belize or the fake hotels. Bad people—I will never ever even think about this 3rd world country. disastrous

Great spot to stay if you are coming into Belize City late and don’t want to transfer over right away. Great food for dinner!

Lovely continental breakfast included, beautifully displayed fresh fruit served in the fresh morning air by personable staff!

This is a small resort with cabins. It is by the Sea with beautiful views. The restaurant is a Tiki Hut building with two floors. It is spotless, and the staff is fantastic. I heard a knock at my door one night about 9 pm. It was two staff members from the restaurant; they had not seen me since breakfast and were checking to make sure I was okay. There is transportation available to take you to any excursions you may have booked. I highly recommend this hotel.
