The hospitality was excellent. The room was beautiful very clean. It will definitely be a place I will stay again. Convenient for essential just walk distance. Location perfect.

The room was clean and comfortable. No bells and whistles but it served its purpose of a nice overnight stay before heading to the airport. The location was decent but not a lot of food options in walking distance and there is no uber/lyft here so it is hard to get around.

The hotel staff were helpful and frequent communicators. They helped arrange transportation from BZE (and were still waiting for us when our flight arrived 3 hours late!). Gated property is modern in finishes and appears brand new. AC was cranking and beds were comfortable. The fridge is stocked with beverages for purchase and snacks were available too. Free bottled water and a locally made loaf of coconut bread were extra nice touches! We are only here 1 night, but would come back for sure !

Our stay at the Palms was excellent. Staff were fantastic, they went above and beyond to help with airport transportation and booking excursions. Overall the staff ensured we have everything we need. Hotel was very clean and in a more quiet area which was nice and relaxing. Checking in and out was easy. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is a gem. We only stayed for one night after landing at BZE but I could easily see staying a couple days to just unwind. Beautiful place with very friendly and helpful staff. It’s about a 15-minute walk to restaurants along the ocean so if you don’t have a car that’s something to keep in mind. We walked, and felt very safe. We had a loaf of fresh coconut bread waiting for us when we arrived - along with Nespresso coffee in the morning, what a delight! Thank you, The Palms!

We were greeted as soon as we arrived. The entire condo is gated and we felt safe in the area. The unit was very clean.

This property was beautiful even with the surrounding neighborhood being a little bit rough it was still nice close to the cruise port will recommend getting a rental car as cabs are expensive and take long I love the welcome coconut bread

The Palms is an amazing stay! The rooms are fresh and clean and the welcome note and coconut bread made us feel very welcome!

We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay, the grounds were very clean, the room was exceptional, the staff were very friendly and helpful. You can tell they paid attention to little details like providing a separate makeup washcloth, I was impressed. It’s in Belize city I would say in a middle class neighbourhood and you will get the real Belize city experience. I would suggest BakeD coffee house for breakfast it’s a 2 minute walk and Santo Taco is an 18 minute walk, amazing affordable taco spot. In my opinion it felt safe, we didn’t stay out too late at night and enjoyed walking in the day.
