Clean room and property, very friendly, walking distance to food and drink

Room very clean and comfortable, little too cold and didn't warm up easily. Casual checking, very helpful staff, very nice hotel.

Wonderful stay at The Palms Belize! The property was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. What truly stood out was how they went above and beyond to arrange transportation for us back to the airport — even after our stay in San Pedro. That level of care made our trip completely stress-free. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

The room was clean, and the site staff were very courteous and accommodating, a special thank you to Julia, Sheridan and Mike. The pool area was very nice. The landscaping is well maintained. I would absolutely recommend this facility to friends and family. There are only a few things I would recommend as "opportunities for enhancement". 1.) Upload CNN & a sports network on the televisions such that guest can follow world news and big sports events. 2.) Upgrade the fitness center equipment, the current pieces are sufficient, but a more premium treadmill and elliptical machine would be very nice. Additional dumbbells would be great also (at least up to 40lbs). 3.) This is small but worth noting, upon check-in, there were approximately 6 - 8 beer bottles left under the kitchen sink by the previous guests. It was obviously an oversight but none the less, a great opportunity to remind housekeeping to check all areas as the rooms are prepared for subsequent guests.

This is a beautiful hotel in Belize City. Room is equipped with everything you need. We didn’t have transportation and found that we had to walk about 10 to 15 min for dining.

The property was great in great conditiin. The staff were attentive and helpful. Any issues were minor and quickly resolved.

The hospitality was excellent. The room was beautiful very clean. It will definitely be a place I will stay again. Convenient for essential just walk distance. Location perfect.

The room was clean and comfortable. No bells and whistles but it served its purpose of a nice overnight stay before heading to the airport. The location was decent but not a lot of food options in walking distance and there is no uber/lyft here so it is hard to get around.

The hotel staff were helpful and frequent communicators. They helped arrange transportation from BZE (and were still waiting for us when our flight arrived 3 hours late!). Gated property is modern in finishes and appears brand new. AC was cranking and beds were comfortable. The fridge is stocked with beverages for purchase and snacks were available too. Free bottled water and a locally made loaf of coconut bread were extra nice touches! We are only here 1 night, but would come back for sure !

Our stay at the Palms was excellent. Staff were fantastic, they went above and beyond to help with airport transportation and booking excursions. Overall the staff ensured we have everything we need. Hotel was very clean and in a more quiet area which was nice and relaxing. Checking in and out was easy. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is a gem. We only stayed for one night after landing at BZE but I could easily see staying a couple days to just unwind. Beautiful place with very friendly and helpful staff. It’s about a 15-minute walk to restaurants along the ocean so if you don’t have a car that’s something to keep in mind. We walked, and felt very safe. We had a loaf of fresh coconut bread waiting for us when we arrived - along with Nespresso coffee in the morning, what a delight! Thank you, The Palms!

Will definitely stay here again when I come to Belize. Great customer service.
