I was thoroughly impressed, the rooms are modern and they were very clean and spacious. My two little ones had enough space to play. The grounds were well kept and the area is also very quiet and safe. I would def stay here again if visiting Belize another time. Staff was very helpful.

I will always stay here while in Belize I went for my grandmother funeral and it was convenient for me

Our stay at The Palms was exceptional! We arrived very early by boat and really appreciated that our luggage was stored and we were allowed to use the pool until our room was ready. Communication prior to our stay was very good, the check in smooth and the staff unbelievably friendly. Being greeted with a smile and a cold towel was very refreshing! The rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed. We found the beds and bedding to be extremely comfortable. The kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee machine, glasses, cutlery and dinnerware was really well thought out and useful for our stay. We liked that there were many cold drinks, snacks and wine to choose from at an additional cost which allowed us to enjoy the evening without having to leave the room. The coconut bread as a welcome gift was a nice touch and enjoyed. The bathroom is large and the shower has good water pressure. There is an additional seating area with a TV that was comfortable as well. The pool and pool area is very clean and comfortable. The pool is larger than appears in the photos. It was a wonderful and refreshing place to relax. The property is a quick 15 minute walk to a nice restaurant on the water. Everything about The Palms was perfect from beginning to end and we will definitely stay there again if in Belize City.

Very modern. And located in the best part of Belize city. Keeps you from being. Completely in tourist area only.

Welcoming staff. Very clean rooms, though they smelled a teeny bit like smoke or something. We had two adjoining rooms and had to air them out for a bit. Also the breakfast (mini bar cereal) were stale. I mentioned it to them, and they replaced them. I would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at The Palms Belize and would happily return. The hotel and our room were very clean. We were greeted with fresh coconut bread in the room, a thoughtful touch that really set the tone for our visit. The in room Nespresso maker was a great amenity, and the coffee was far better than what you typically find at hotels. The location also worked well for us, with several delicious restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel is situated in a residential neighborhood, and while we were advised to avoid walking around late at night, we personally felt comfortable during our stay and had no issues. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it to others visiting Belize.

Everything was lovely. From the beautiful property grounds to the customer service we received from Sheradon (I apologize if I butchered her name) upon our arrival. When I go back to Belize City, I will be staying at the Palms again.

My trip to Belize had a very rocky start. But it all turned around once I enter The palms. Attention to detail in every corner, cleanliness, serenity, and just an overwhelming sense of peace. Cannot recommend enough 12 out of 10.

The hotel room was immaculate and very well furnished with supplies. The pool area is lovely. The outstanding feature is the staff. They could not have been more helpful and gracious. We felt genuinely welcome. This is a great home base for Belizean mainland travel.

This property blew my mind. I usually tend to opt for boutique style hotels during travel and i must admit ive had my fair share of being “catfished” by property photos. This was not the case. The expectation vs reality was one in the same for this property. We were allowed to check in early, provided all required information at check in, clean facilities to include the common/shared spaces such as the pool itself, the gym, and the pool area restrooms. Rooms were immaculate, cleaned superbly daily, comfy beds, spacious, and air conditioned. We were gifted freshly baked coconut bread which was unexpected and terribly delicious! Check out was a breeze. Literally turn off all lights and AC and that was it. The property sits snugly in (what we were told) one of the better residential neighborhoods. It’s super close to literally everything- the airport, the water taxi, downtown, and several restaurants. There is a cute and tasty cafe about one minute to the left, and street food and a supermarket about three minutes to the right. Normally, i never plan to revisit different countries, but Belize stole my heart, and this hotel will be at the top of my list for any repeat visits.

Very big clean room and property. Nice pool. No elevator though for your luggage.

We only stayed for the night and the room was clean and staff was friendly. Only downside is there’s nothing around there for dinner and the walk to get to a restaurant wasn’t that great.

Beautiful hotel

The host was incredibly gracious and accommodating. She introduced herself when we arrived and checked on us via messenger throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and to see if we needed anything. She had a guide for dinner recommendations in the area and even local coconut bread that was so delicious plus a handwritten welcome message, you don't get this type of care in most places. This was an amazing, spotless, and modern stay. Would definitely return and recommend. Thank you!!!!

Very helpful and friendly staff checked us in and showed us to our room. As stated in other reviews, the coconut bread waiting in the room is excellent! The hotel is located in a residential area within walking distance of restaurants and convenience stores. The pool was nice. Great AC and bed.

We had a wonderful stay at The Palms Belize City. We booked 2 bedrooms and got 2 really big rooms with very nice spacious bathrooms. The kitchen was very new and well equipped. The seating area and balcony overlooking the pool was also great. This place is super clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Modern and newly renovated room, spacious and clean. Lovely grounds and pool area. The house is gated and that felt extra safe. Downside was thin walls. We could hear guests in other rooms through the walls.
