We stayed for two nights, two adults and two kids, the property exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious and clean and the pool area was very nice. The staff was so helpful. The property was easy to find and in a nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay again when we are travelling through Belize City.

Quiet neighborhood with coffee shop literally one block away. Several nice restaurants within a 12 minute walk.

The place is awesome! We stayed here last year on our last day due to it not being far from the airport and we loved how comfortable the bed was last year so we wanted to see what the mattress brand was this year when we we stayed. Luckily we got the same exact room and solved the mystery of the most comfortable bed in Belize!!

Best hotel to stay at in Belize very clean very up to date and safe!!!

The front desk staff are amazing!!! They were even willing to respond after their work day was over. They helped us navigate the area, book transportation, find a reliable taxi service, etc. And the room was AMAZING!!!

This was the best international stay I’ve had thus far!! Its a smaller hotel so the space is intimate, which is nice. The rooms are spacious and modern. The staff was amazing and helpful with setting up rides to the airport and taxis as needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Belize City.

We had a great stay. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was clean. The only problem was that there was no housekeeping done and we had to keeping calling for basic toiletries and towels. Also, the water runs very slowly so it’s hard to do the dishes. Showering took longer than usual. Apart from that it was lovely.

It was exceptionally modern, clean, and most important I felt safe.The staff were welcoming and well-informed about the local area. Thank you for recommending the panades spot. I will certainly be staying here again.

Good place to stay.

The staff was amazing and the room was beautiful it was exactly what we were looking for to spend my birthday. Laura, Julia and Sheria(I may have spelled her name wrong) were amazing no matter what time of the day or night they were there willing to help. A special thank you to Avi, our driver, he had a great sense of humor, he made our time fun on every drive, he was kind and knew all the great places to tour and where to eat. We will be back to visit Belize City because of them, great hospitality. You will love it here!!!!

The Palm is the perfect place to stay. Cleanliness is a top notch for me. The staff is very friendly. The pool is on deck. Clean linens are provided. Ideal neighborhood where there is a supermarket. Excellent place to stay that’s why every visit to Belize I stay at the Palm. Highly recommended and you won’t be disappointed! This is the place to stay! Luv it By the way how can I forget the coconut bread which is a complimentary. I look forward to having it❗️

Property is located within the residential neighborhood. Room was clean and ready despite an early check-in. Shower water pressure was not good . AC must stay on, or the room will start to become extremely humid

My stay at The Palms was excellent. The pictures posted does not display the quality of the ambiance and the amenities that is has to offer at The Palms. Professional customers service, clean and comfortable environment. 100 percent recommended stay once visiting Belize.

Beautiful hotel! Staffers very friendly and accommodating. You will need taxi service to get around. The staff gave me the number of Jose and he was fantastic for all of our taxi needs! Ask for his number from the front desk.
