Small, new, modern hotel with a nicely landscaped pool area located near the Sir Barry Bowen Municipal airport. The communication with the hotel via Expedia messaging was excellent. They got in touch a couple of weeks beforehand, and I was sent information on how to access my room the day before arrival. The room was relatively large and included a kitchenette. Everything was like new.

Love this place! They were so accommodating! Clean room and, friendly staff! I traveled solo, so they put my mind at ease. There are some Julia & Laura checked on me often, and they are very professional. Avi was exceptional as he transported me from and to the airport and my excursion. The masseuse was fabulous as well, Five stars to this place! I'm ready to come back!!

We love The Palms. Our experience was a 10/10. The property is gorgeous. They were wonderful with answering any questions we had and made us feel right at home. I was traveling with my daughter and she especially loved the pool. I highly recommend this hotel. If I’m ever in Belize City again, I am staying at The Palms.

This property is beautiful. Its clean, and the staff is kind, helpful. Julie at the office was great, always ready to help whether we had any questions or needed to book transportation. The spa was a great, relaxing experience as well. The room, pool it was all nice. There isnt dining but there is a cafe arpund the corner. And its in a residential area. I felt safe walking to nearby restaurants as well. I was celebrating a birthday, thank you Palms for a great stay.

It’s a good place for one night but lacks amenities and no restaurants close by.
Staff is super helpful though.
I did not like that they charged exorbitantly for water and coffee pods.
Otherwise, room is clean and comfortable.
We only stayed there the night before heading back home.

Good and Friendly staff. However, I don't think exploiting guests via transportation fees is good value add and should be regular practice. A good hotel and service should indeed do otherwise, as we are in your care. Charging 40usd for a trip that took 10mins to walk is very unfair.
Also, please ensure bedsheets are clean, having dirty bedsheets isn't a good look for a hotel that should be a luxury hotel

This hotel surpassed my expectations. It was clean and the area of the location was great. If you’re looking for a clean and well kept property, pick this hotel. It’s a couple minutes walk from the ocean and they have a cute cafe about a 2 min walk away.

I wish I could leave 10 stars for The Palms. I was blown away by how caring and thoughtful the staff were. I was traveling solo for the first time ever and they helped me with transportation to and from the airport. Checking in and checking out was seamless.
The environment was so peaceful, clean and dreamy. I felt like a princess staying there! The rooms are spacious and the pool area is perfect. It’s walkable to the ocean and great restaurants. I went to the Midtown restaurant and Lucca which were both a 6 min walk. Also, do yourself a favor and get a Swedish massage during your stay! I promise you will not regret it.
