Great service and team

Everything great except for a spotty internet signal, particularly in the dinning area. Great staff.

Clean room excellent staff

This hotel is fine, but didn't blow my mind. The room was comfortable and sufficient but room cleaning was a bit hit or miss (uncertain timing, left us a few hours without towels, didn't always replace the two water bottles). The property is nice and the gym is good, but there are some maintenance things. During hard rain you can see water coming in around the windows both in my room and near the elevators on my floor. My shower worked but one plastic piece was loose and the lowest temperature was still borderline too hot. I don't take cold showers but it would have been nice to have more control. The staff was generally really nice and helpful, and the hotel is walking distance to some good restaurants and bars and two malls. The bar is convenient and staffed by really nice people and the outdoor space near the pool is nice. Breakfast is good enough, again, nothing mind-blowing but good omelettes, bacon, bread, and fruits/yogurt. One thing is the single coffee machine, which becomes a bottleneck in the AM. Breakfast staff is super nice and helpful.

Bathrooms needs some maintenance

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for five nights in early November.Although there was a pleasant ambience around the hotel, my room was disappointing. The glass shower enclosure had a gap of almost half an inch that allowed all water hitting the enclosure to land on the floor. I had to contort myself to prevent that from happening. Secondly, on the day of departure, before I had a chance to have my shower and head to the airport, the room service came and took my towels, because it was "checkout day" even though it was several hours before checkout time. Those are the two things that stuck out. Little things like that added up, but overall I can say that I would try the other hotel just down the street before I ventured back to the Hilton. The people were nice and well-intentioned, and generally helpful. So there's nothing in that area I would complain about. The food was excellent, the chef outdid himself several times. If you stay here you have to try the "beef salad". He did a great job on that. I wish I could give more stars for performances like that, but that would not be fair to other visitors

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located in the CBD and near a few restaurants and bars. I couldn't download the rideshare apps, so i could not venture too far. Found myself going to the same places a couple times each. My flight was changed 4 times, so now i had an evening flight. The front desk was thoughtful and allowed an extended late check out. That was really appreciated and i can't thank them enough for that. Exceptional service.
