Bathrooms needs some maintenance

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for five nights in early November.Although there was a pleasant ambience around the hotel, my room was disappointing. The glass shower enclosure had a gap of almost half an inch that allowed all water hitting the enclosure to land on the floor. I had to contort myself to prevent that from happening. Secondly, on the day of departure, before I had a chance to have my shower and head to the airport, the room service came and took my towels, because it was "checkout day" even though it was several hours before checkout time. Those are the two things that stuck out. Little things like that added up, but overall I can say that I would try the other hotel just down the street before I ventured back to the Hilton. The people were nice and well-intentioned, and generally helpful. So there's nothing in that area I would complain about. The food was excellent, the chef outdid himself several times. If you stay here you have to try the "beef salad". He did a great job on that. I wish I could give more stars for performances like that, but that would not be fair to other visitors

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located in the CBD and near a few restaurants and bars. I couldn't download the rideshare apps, so i could not venture too far. Found myself going to the same places a couple times each. My flight was changed 4 times, so now i had an evening flight. The front desk was thoughtful and allowed an extended late check out. That was really appreciated and i can't thank them enough for that. Exceptional service.

We’re on bicycles visiting from Australia. The staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful ( especially Chubu , sorry for the spelling) Everyone went out of their way to solve an issue that arose and we were overwhelmed by all the help we received. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was fantastic catering for our intolerances . Highly recommend this hotel.

Til å være et internasjonalt hotell, er det overraskende mye som mangler; Drinker i baren var dårlige. Uteområdet ved bassenget og restauranten manglet all sjarm og hygge - fullstendig sterilt. Bassenget er lite, og det er gjort veldig lite for å sikre skygge. Utvalget til frokost er lite og dårlig (mangler for eksempel elementære ting som rene juicer, som appelsinjuice). Forespørsler til resepsjonen om diverse normale ting ble ikke fulgt opp før etter mange forespørsler og mas fra vår side. Det tok dager å få i orden. Renholdet er veldig bra, både på rom og i fellesarealer. Det verste er å at min kjæreste med annen hudfarge ikke ble respektert av personalet (gjelder mange). Det er dypt skuffende.

Terrific option in Gaborone. As good as it gets!

front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Security is very excellent. I liked the restaurant; the food was up to a point and very delicious. The hotel parking was on point and very good accessibility to the hotel lobby. The surrounding area is very clean and the city of Gaborone by itself is very clean. We felt very safe and welcome. If coming back to Gaborone, I would definitely like to come to this place again. Hertz car rental is at the hotel vicinity.
