整體都非常滿意，無論房間設計及舒適度、整潔度，以至到酒店整體感覺及設施都很好，令人心曠神怡，徹底放鬆，特別是在外參觀一整天回來之後可以好好休息。最值得一讚是房間採光度很高，很明亮和舒適。按摩技師手勢不錯，但整體服務有進步空間。最美中不足令人失望的是餐飲服務，早餐選擇不足，更有很多蒼蠅，食物卻沒有蓋上蓋子，以致食慾大減。
但地點很方便，可以步行至多間很好的餐廳。酒店晚上更提供免費篤篤車到夜市，非常方便。

Hillock is not a 5-Star Hotel but we can feel their Staffs are serving us as a 5-Star guest. 5mins away from Pub street by TukTuk. I and My wife can have a total relax in Hillock and enjoy various Cambodia food and Massage in Pub street.

It was more than what I've expected. The tour guide/car driver (~$45 for 1 day to Angkor Wat with 3 people. $55 for 5.) provided us with a fantastic trip to Angkor Wat & Angkor Thom! We were greeted with generosity & providing what we needed (e.g. cold water and cold towel in every check point!! Not to mention about our Canton songs in the car lmao) Oh, & we also learned a lot of local stories from the driver/tour guide (hahaaa & about his wife, his family)! Great recommendations for restaurants from the hotel concierge too! I've lost my luggage key and they provided immediate help! Fantastic hotel overall. My friend and I really didn't expect this! :D

pretty bad experience, free massage as said on the booking confirmation and free airport transportation but we get none of those.
Also no hot water in shower, wifi was slow too

Nice resort with nice swimming pool. Big and comfy room but housekeeping needs improvement like they did not refill shampoo, shower gel and toothpaste in daily basis. Tidy up blankets and mattress but did not clean up desk for 3 days after I had herbal tea and made some marks on it.

A wonderful trip at Siem Reap. We were so enjoy the Hillock Hotel.It is new built, less than a year, pillows and bed was so comfortable. suggest stay at Villa Suit. you will fall in love with the view...

I stayed with my older parents and brother for two nights surrounding a day trip to Angkor Wat. The property was exceptional and I wish I had stayed longer so we could enjoy it. The staff was exceptional throughout and the rooms were beautiful. Lina in the Spa provided one of the best massages I ever had. Joes Burger a 6 min walk down the street was also excellent. I highly recommend both.

Great hotel nestled in a big trees and nature. The staff is so kind, friendly and helpful. We stayed for a week and had the villa suite. The suite was spacious and very comfortable. Wat Damnak area is the best… close to town but also far enough away that it is quiet. We will stay here again on our next trip to Siem Reap. Thank you!

The stay at the Hillocks Hotel and Spa was extremely comfortable. Staff is very polite and attentive to the needs of the guests. Due to the non-tourist season not many guests were staying at the hotel and perhaps this was the reason that the menu at the restaurant had limited choice.
