좋다는 이용후기 보고 특히나 야외 자쿠지 때문에 이 호텔에 숙박하였는데 위치는 도심에서 좀 벗어나 한적하고 조용했지만 호텔에 들어오고 나가는데 고객에 대한 직원들의 응대 태도는 그다지 좋지 않았습니다. 단지 형식적인 인사 근처에 24시간 하는 커피숍이 있어서 커피를 좋아하는 저로서는 언제든 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 또한 외부에서 현지 친구가 밤 늦게 방문했는데 호텔에 예약한 사람이 아니라고 하루 밤에 45달러 추가 요금을 요구 했습니다 짜증나서 알았다고 이야기 하고 잠깐 방에서 10분정도 이야기 하고 밖 커피숍에서 이야기 하고 현지 친구를 돌려보냈고 그것을 해당 야근하는 직원이 봤음에도 체크 아웃할때 요금을 청구하였습니다. 영어도 잘 안통하고 해당 직원이 오프인 관계로 그냥 지불했습니다. 체크인 할때 캐리어와 가방을 들고 2층에서 내려오다 계단에서 미끄러졌는데 직원들의 대응반응은 그다지 별로 였고 오히려 같이 체크아웃 하려고 뒤에서 따라오던 손님이 더 놀라고 직원한테 넘어졌다며 더 걱정해 주었습니다. 호텔 조경과 분위기 휴식을 위한 조용함은 장점이나 손님에 대한 배려나 응대모습은 5성급 호텔로 보기엔 무리가 있었습니다. 조식도 종류는 그다지 많지 않아 4일 내내 빵에 버터, 계란 후라이만 먹었습니다. 조식과 위치는 별로 좋지 않으니 고려하셔야 할듯합니다. 휴양을 위하신 분이시라면 솔직히 비슷한 조건의 다른 곳을 알아보시라고 말씀드리고 싶습니다.

직원들의 대응이 전문적이고 시설도 쾌적합니다. 덕분에 좋은 여행이 되었어요.

입욕제를 이용한 반신욕, 스파를 즐겨하는 저는 자쿠지 룸으로 3박을 이용하였습니다. 제트스파와는 조금 다르지만 아침 저녁 번갈아가며 따뜻한물 조금 틀어서 노곤노곤하게 피로를 풀고는 했어요. 볕을 쬐면서 비가 내리면 비를 맞으면서 모든 직원이 "yes"로 대답하는 힐락에서는 식사,마사지, 수영장, 풀바, 세탁 서비스를 편하게 이용할 수 있어요. 시내와 근접한 곳에서 밤 늦게까지 있는걸 좋아하시는 분들은 위치를 고려하셔야 해요. 마지막날엔 펍스트리트에서 숙소까지 걸어와봤는데 15분~20분정도 소요되었답니다. 체크아웃 후에도 호텔에서 이용하는 것에 대해 배려를 많이 해주셔서 정말 안전하고 휴식이 있는 여행이었습니다. 직원분들은 일이겠지만 배려의 느낌을 많이 받았답니다. 감사합니다.

호텔은 사진이랑 똑같고 예쁨니다. 조경도 잘 되어있고 단독 독채빌라라 좋아요.수영장도 괜 찮구요. 다만 프론트에 뭔가를 요청하면 신속한 대응이 되질않네요. 그것 빼곤 다 좋았어여

My wife and I really had a good and pleasant stay in Hilllocks Hotel & Spa and would like to thank all the staffs for their excellent service. We would like hope to revisit there with my children in the near future.

I'm sorry I'm late is too late. It was a beautiful trip. Delicious food friendly hotel service employees. Neat and elegant rooms. Spacious and attractive pool. What a pleasant to spa massage. And one day, suites, deluxe room, but is, the next day. Free upgrades haejuseo was more pleasant trip. It's too old. to Cambodia and hillockhotel In addition to gosip to visit you again, if my life was spared.

제일 좋았던것은 직원들의 태도(예의바르고,친절했으며,모든면에서도움을주려 노력) 였고 특히 매니저의 자세는 칭찬해줄만함, 약간의 무리한 요구도 경청하고 들어주려 노력하였음.

Hillocks Hotel & Spa is a beautiful, tranquil oasis in Siem Reap. It’s easy to get to downtown via a tuk tuk (we loved a driver named Srong!), yet we enjoyed being slightly removed from the bustle of downtown. We could do culturalling enriching activities or shop, and then lounge by the lovely pool. Our college-aged daughter told us she felt like she was in an episode of White Lotus while we were at Hillocks! The staff members were all SO friendly and helpful! We befriended several of them, including Hout at the front desk and Mom in the spa—warm, welcoming people with a happy, open spirit. The staff member who really won our hearts was Phanna, the driver for Hillocks. He recommended several great restaurants (including heavenly Haven, an easy walk from the property), as well as a trip to a floating village. He drove us there—and it turns out he grew up in the village!! He showed us his childhood home and introduced our family to his mother. Phanna was so generous of spirit and warm, yet utterly professional. Our family’s experience with him on the tour was a true highlight of our time in Cambodia!

I stayed with my older parents and brother for two nights surrounding a day trip to Angkor Wat. The property was exceptional and I wish I had stayed longer so we could enjoy it. The staff was exceptional throughout and the rooms were beautiful. Lina in the Spa provided one of the best massages I ever had. Joes Burger a 6 min walk down the street was also excellent. I highly recommend both.

Great hotel nestled in a big trees and nature. The staff is so kind, friendly and helpful. We stayed for a week and had the villa suite. The suite was spacious and very comfortable. Wat Damnak area is the best… close to town but also far enough away that it is quiet. We will stay here again on our next trip to Siem Reap. Thank you!

We had a grest time in the hotel. The service was very good the stuff were very frriendly and helpfull and tried to make our visit the best.

The stay at the Hillocks Hotel and Spa was extremely comfortable. Staff is very polite and attentive to the needs of the guests. Due to the non-tourist season not many guests were staying at the hotel and perhaps this was the reason that the menu at the restaurant had limited choice.

The staffs on duty were attentive, friendly and hardworking, but the property was not properly staffed by management. For example, room service kitchen was not available for all 3 nights that we stayed there, given the location is far from the center of town, we had to go to next door property for dinner at one point.

I get it, COVID. Hotels had to cut staff, scale back on amenities but lowered their prices & didn’t accept as many reservations, right? Not Hillocks.My friend recommended, she stayed over a year ago and paid $50/night. I paid $104/night and it was terrible. Cobwebs and mouse poop in my room, only 2 ppl cleaning for all 38 rooms & they were booked. For 2 days my room didn’t get cleaned until I showed them the photo of the mouse poop. I had to ask for more toilet paper every other day (I booked 7 nights, nonrefundable). Even when they would clean, they didn’t leave an extra roll. Breakfast was included & it had the potential to be great but again, only 2 people (that I saw) working it & 1 cook (running back & forth to refill food). Meaning, if you didn’t get there right at 6:30 am there was no coffee and no food and no clean plates and no clean tables. The staff couldn’t keep up. I got there at 6:50 this morning, the tables were still dirty from the morning before, no napkins & no coffee. Internet rarely worked. One night out of 7. I needed to change a plane ticket & book a hotel for another part of my trip. Got the spinning wheel of death even though all wifi bars were showing. I asked twice, they said “oh, must be slow.” Slow means it eventually loads the page. Not the case, I would get error msgs. saying “failed to load.” Had to go to a restaurant to change my flight & book things. Wished I could have left & gotten a refund!!!!! Maybe they’ll get it together in another year?

We had a wonderful stay at Hillocks Hotel & Spa. It is a beautiful property with a very friendly, accommodating staff. We had a wonderful time exploring Angkor Wat and Siem Reap and the cherry on top was being able to come back to Hillocks to recharge. Highly recommend

Great staff! Sadly our stay was cut short due to airline cancellation, but the staff made adjustments and we still managed to get in abbreviated tours we had arranged through the hotel. Chen our driver is highly recommended and took us on a wonderful excited m express tour that hit all the highlights. We stayed in for dinner to enjoy the pool and were treated like royalty. In fact, we're calling it our pre-honeymoon. We both would like to go back and stay longer.
