Had amazing time at the hotel.stayed one night my room was very quiet, nice clean and staff were very friendly.

We were on a day trip to Whistler with family and friends. So, unpacked. There was an accident on the hwy + updates said it was to be closed overnight, so we ended up doing a last-minute, very unexpected booking + stay here. The front desk + staff were helpful and kind providing us with toothpaste, toothbrushes and other amenities. The bedroom was ultraclean + cozy. The best was having a fridge to store perishables and full kitchen. There was even a small deck. Hot tub and outdoor pool. All around, a great experience in an unexpected stay

I wish there were a complimentary breakfast included because it is not within walking distance of the Village. Also, parking should be included. The rate is $25 per night; that seems expensive.

整体服务和设施还可以。希望酒店可以提供筷子方便使用。缺点是房间噪音太大，造雪机24小时工作，铲雪车半夜工作，让人无法入睡，必须携带耳塞以减少噪音的困扰！在酒店休息不好，太多噪音。

Loved the property, rooms are well stocked and spacious. Pool and other amenities were wonderful.
The only downside was the lack of pool towels.
We will definitely be back.

Staff are lovely but like many hotels I have seen in the rockies they are all just so dated looking . This hotel is in a great position within Jasper and an easy 5-10 mins walk to the main drag , the girl on reception was so lovely and friendly and the maintenance guys are super nice. The hotel , like many on the main ski resorts in the Rockies are still living in the 80's with the same Interior vibe yet all charging premium prices ; I don't know how they all get away with it! It's purely down to location of these hotels and they damn well know folks will pay whatever but I feel they are doing a disservice to their customers.

Parkade and parking fees were ridiculous. One vehicle should be allowed fee free. Parking was a challenge with a larger vehicle and there were no other options.
Dogs weren't allowed anywhere on the pool deck and not allowed to be left in the room unsupervised.
Staff were great and loved the dogs. The room was good and very clean.

We’ve stayed here a number of times, but this time the place looked tired. There are a number of patches to paint in the halls and the unit we were in needed some cleaning - sticky stuff in cupboards and carpet stain. It is a lovely location though and takes dogs, which is great!
