Everything was extra clean, impressively clean. Very comfortable and cosy room, plenty of room for a family of 5. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely and very helpful staff. Loved the pool and spa. Contained everything we needed, loved the extra bonus of the robes, felt like a little luxury. Would highly recommend.

As we expected our stay in Whistler was fantastic. Highlights of the hotel was the heated pool and hot tubs. A huge bonus was the free shuttle that came every 30 mins all day. Staff were friendly and helpful providing trail maps and information on getting around Whistler and the local trails.

Constantza and Ella, were outstanding at their front desk jobs. Polite/courteous and efficient. Very nice folks. Thanks so much for making it an awesome stay for us! Rooms were very comfortable/clean and cozy. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay....bbq poolside was a great bonus and we enjoyed bbq meals most nights.

Lots of amenities and great place for all ages! Parking can be tricky. Found the spots very tight and not so easy to get in/out which is why many people take up 2 spots. Staff is fantastic and very helpful! I would stay here again but would reconsider parking options if I have to park a large vehicle.

we always came when breakfast was provided and room service everyday. Now none of those are offered but higher prices. the higher price would be ok but only with those services provided In the past and very much appreciated
