The online pictures are VERY misleading! We chose this motel because it was close to the venue we were visiting. That was the only plus. The room was horrible. It smelled dirty, the bedding was bad and the room needs updating! If we had been given a room similar to the one pictured online it would have been much better. We will never consider staying there again

The front of the AC unit was melted, and the temperature knob was therefore non-functional. At least I was able to control the fan speed, but still. The door handle to the bathroon was completely broken and the latch was stuck, so I couldn't close the bathroon door at all. There were so many stains all over the walls. There was no soap in the bathroon. Luckily I brought some. The floor was improperly laid LVP with a hump which made lots of noise when you stepped on it. Check it was not fun, as I have mobility issues and had to climb a lot of stairs, some of which had no handrails, just to check it. At first they tried to put me on the second floor. When I asked to be placed on the ground floor due to my disability, he grumbled that it is a smart TV room. Eventually he said, "OK", I'll give you a discount. Curious about what premium the "smart" TV presented, I tried it out, and the remote was not capable of properly navigate the ROKU home screen, so it was impossible to use. The mattress was not too bad, but the pillows were so flat. It took me most of the night to finally fall asleep just before my alarm went off and then I had to go about my day with no sleep, and have a long drive at the end of it. I will be avoiding this place at all costs. I have stayed in worse places, mind you, but even those places had soap and working bathroom doors. The hot and cold taps in the bathroon were reversed, too. Avoid it if you can.

Looks like they’re trying to improve the property, but there’s a long ways to go. So many things wrong, cleanliness being one. No security locks on the doors, not a single place to hang a garment bag, no wifi and on top of it all it seems to be in a cellular dead spot. No soap dishes or trays in the shower.

The place is a 2 star dump. Ot was dirty and the amenities did not function. I booked the room online for $65 per night, but they told me that is the American price and the Canadian price is $103 a night. So I had to extra pay $38 for twice for a two stay. The rooms ate nowhere near the standard of a $103 per night. I will NEVER repeat my stay there.

Horrible check in experience here- i paid w my work Visa that has both my name and my business on it but the front desk guy made me fill a form out, took my license and seemed to write or copy info on it down. I couldn’t see behind the window what he wrote, nor do i know why he took the info, sooo sketchy! I was made to feel like I did something terribly wrong and his wifi didn’t even work, to allow me to change the reservation name!!! Then he said i needed to pay a security deposit and it would be refunded in 2-3 business days. Again, for a very sub par motel on the side of the highway, that sounded like an F-1 track at night. Needless to see it was very noisy from the highway, and from the sound of an appliance of some kind that was on somewhere, and then plus noise from upstairs and next door!! There was also no number on my room door and it was painted a different colour from all the others and it was in the corner of the two rows as it were. Really a strange and sketchy place. I was so stressed by the check in experience, i didn't sleep one bit. The bed sheets seemed wrinkled, the bed blanket cover is very thin and the room was FREEZING cold. And the bathroom is tiny too. There was no wifi- it didn’t even work at the front desk or in my room. Don’t stay here if you don’t have to. Avoid!!! I’ll be checking for my unexpected fee “security deposit” refund on Wednesday, and you can bet they’ll never be hearing the end of it if it isn’t promptly found.

Nice staff helping me.

I was disappointed because the pictures on the website showed a nice clean updated room with a glass enclosed shower. The room I was given was old a rundown, hadn't seen a paintbrush in at least a decade, and had a basic tub in the bathroom. When I asked was told that there were no other room available. They should actually show you the room your getting or update all the rooms. Sadly the inside looks like a dump just like the outside. Next time I'll spend $20 more and go to the Best Western

Clean room, all basic needs were provided like fridge, microwave and TV. Overall, it’s a good money.

The room was clean and functional. Would appreciate cups to drink water in room.

Black mold on the walls, mold in the refrigerator from being unplugged with stagnant water inside. Floor is filthy with used q-tips next to the bed. Bathroom has humidity damage. Unhelpful staff. Not enough towels for 4 people. Very bad.
