Cedar Springs Motel

Rooms were clean, renovated, and bed was comfortable. You do hear noise from highway 7. I would recommend the motel get blackout curtains for the window as it is very bright in the room from the LED lights shining on outside walkway.

Old motel undated with modern torches. Very clean and bathroom was modern. Beds were excellent and very comfortable!! Easy access to highway and lots of parking.

The price is under $100. Good for a short overnight stay. Need major update and repairs.

disgusting, dirty, falling apart, terrible quality, bugs, broken fridge and tv, Black hair EVERYWHERE, etc. i could go on. pictures are deceiving. homeless colony next to the parking lot. smoking in non smoking rooms.

Refrigerator was dirty and very bad smell coming out of it. Dirt and debris on the floor as well.

For as cheap as it is, you get what you pay for.

Great staff that is very accommodating. The place need to be more clean, and need more air fresheners. The mattress aren’t very comfortable. My back is in pain and it’s been a week since my stay.

Checked in was givin 2 different rooms both had really bad blood and urine stains on sheets and management didnt care or do anything about it

Excellent value. The price for the room was great. The room was clean, bed comfy, bathroom spotless. Outside is a bit worn down so I was pleasantly surprised by the room itself. I've seen other reviews complaining about the WiFi not working but I had no problem. Very cold night that I was there but the heater kept the room toasty. I would stay there again for sure.

They never answered the door. I stayed in Guelph. I want my money back plus reimbursement for going out of my way. I tried honking my horn and beating on the office door. Take this motel off your list.

Really dirty

The room shown on Expedia is a catfish. It was a completely different room upon check in and was extremely dirty. The floors weren’t cleaned. There was hair on the bathroom tub and wall. The bathroom tub also had no curtains or a door so you can’t really have a shower without the water getting everywhere. The bed sheets had hair and marks all over and the door wouldn’t lock properly. Please do not stay in this motel it’s not worth $100 a night.

An inexpensive motel if you really need to stay in this area. Not much to do except a grocery store and McDonald's nearby. The motel needs some renovation but for the price, very acceptable.
