Cleaning

Overall I was very disappointed with my stay, especially given the price. The room was not the cleanest and not very inviting. There were dents all over the walls and furniture. Also, the washroom wasn’t very clean and appliances did not work.

Room is nice and clean, however towels need replacements. They are old and battered with threads hanging all over.

Amazing venue for the price.

Room felt neglected, bar was under construction. No towels in the bathroom. Doors were shifted, didn’t close properly.

Good stay overall. Customer service was excellent.

The location was fantastic.

room & view very nice clean experience. issues with hotel are hard to get to unload luggage. had to park 2 blocks away. spa & hot tub closed. bar & restaurant under repairs closed also. very unlikely to recommend this hotel. but is in an excellent location of toronto.

Only one (1) elevator was working . The hotel did not have a restaurant, however there are many restaurants within walking distance . The room had a small kitchenette along with washer and dryer . Staff were very courteous and professional

Good location hotel, close to big bank buildings at King and Bay Streets. Very clean room, friendly front desk staff, fairly quiet room for downtown GTA.

The rooms were clean, great staff service, and easy check in! I love it should have stayed here longer but theres always a next time! And super love how they let us leave our stuff before our check in time it helped a lot 💖

Room was pretty clean

Excellent location! The hotel room was like a one bedroom condo. Excellent views of the city and lots of space. It had a mini kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, and two burner stove, as well as basic dishes and glassware. The only negative is that it did not provide any pots or pans, toaster, kettle, which was disappointing and surprising. So close to St. Lawrence market to pick up food. Would definitely recommend it.

Stay was good overall. Valet parking was full, even though we arrived shortly after check in time. Highly recommend researching the nearby parking garages before your stay, to save yourself the stress. The room was a nice layout, with a nice view, but a bit rundown overall. The mattress on the bed was very firm. Pillows were also past their prime. We are not usually ones to complain, but being there are so many other hotels in the immediate vicinity, that are very close in pricing, we will likely be booking elsewhere next time.
