We arrived at the hotel around 1:30 AM after a long stressful drive from Western Michigan. We were greeted by an incredibly friendly and helpful guest services Host. The check-in process was a breeze. We had indoor parking which is difficult to find in Toronto hotels sometimes. Throughout our stay, the entire staff was kind, courteous, and so helpful. They gave us wonderful recommendations of things to do and places to eat. The suite itself was immaculate. It's very modern with appealing decor. I never realized there was a washer and dryer so that was a great surprise. Since we've been traveling for a week, I was able to do my laundry and leave with clean clothes. I highly recommend this hotel and certainly would return again if visiting Toronto

Loved this hotel! The staff was absolutely lovely and very helpful. We stayed two nights and the room had laundry! Be sure to park in the lots slightly up the street so much cheaper than the $45 a night for valet. I paid a total of $28 for parking.

It appears to be a condo building turned into a hotel. Blinds don’t cover windows enough, sunlight gets in in the morning. Bed in my room was really hard
