This hotel was okay. It’s small hotel on a side street that smells pretty bad so that’s not a great first impression. It’s a good location. We stayed in the tenth floor. The room was okay, the bathrooom shower could use a renovation. The bed was comfy and blinds didn’t work that great. Don’t think I would stay here again but it was okay value for the price.

I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay enjoyable. The place was clean and well-maintained. However, we had to call to receive the kitchen supplies, such as the toaster, kettle, and even a sponge for washing dishes. Additionally, it would have been nice to have more than just two dishwasher tablets for our five-day stay. On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently located close to various shops and restaurants. Overall, it was a good stay!

The hotel was clean, modern, and in an excellent location in downtown Toronto. The hotel is within walking distance of both Union Station and King Street metro station, which is beneficial for using public transportation to get around the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Parking was first come first serve, which wasn’t communicated anywhere when booking, just said parking was available as we drive down. It was full so we were forced to pay another $50 for valet to get a spot as it was pouring rain. Balcony wasn’t a balcony you could stand out on. View on the non cn tower side is just brick walls. Staff were great. Kind and helpful with what they could offer. Room was clean. Nice hotel. Maybe not worth the cost compared to some in the area. Disappointed with the misleading amenities offered in the post.

The Executive Cosmopolitan Hotel is becoming one of my favorite hotels in downtown Toronto! The location is great! Now that more of the construction has been completed around the hotel it’s becoming much more accessible. I had another great room with great room service. Checking in is always super fast and easy. 2 blocks away from the hotel heading towards Church St. is a very convenient and cheap parking garage on Leader Ln!! Thank you again to the entire staff at the hotel!!
