Stayed in a room with a harbor view and the view was incredible. Overall accommodations were excellent. The room bedding, custom Le Lebo hair and skin care products, excellent food, staff, room service, cleaning. The only small thing was staining around bathroom sink and older hair dryer for such an upscale hotel.

First time staying at this property, no real surprises. You’re booking at a Fairmont so you expect amenities and service to the top notch. My spouse and I were both quite happy.

Very much enjoyed out stay. Our room was ready very early, we were given a complimentary upgrade. The pool, hot tub and gym were quite nice. The location of the hotel is perfect for getting around downtown. Beautiful views.

Just a mediocre stay and not what was expected from a Fairmont. Some staff was great some stuff was rude.
No water in the room of a $500 hotel just seem cheap.
No slippers for the pool in our room when i saw other guests wearing them.
Just an ok stay at best.

I was really disappointed regarding long wait time to check in. Only 1 staff was on desk. No complementary drinking water. At the same or a bit less price Pan Pacific is much better hotel to stay

Very good stay they treated our family and our children extremely well. The only issue I had was our room was quite loud from the plumbing knocking non-Stop. And the beds were not very comfortable. Other than that, it was great.
