We loved it so much. The upgrade to concierge was terrific. We loved the food and drinks available. It’s right across from Canada place port.

Clean room , but becoming tired - e.g. bath and bathroom surfaces stained, and no non-slip mat for bath. Service and helpfulness of staff was excellent and it is a great location. Window could have been cleaner.

Buffet breakfast was very poor. Hot area had Cold plates, luke warm food and very limited “hot options”. Chicken sausages were horrible to taste.
Ordered pork sausage - arrived singly on a small plate. I suspect microwaved.
Disappointing from a Fairmont.
