Staff was kind and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and view was great! Only issue was the mini bar is motion sensor activated. Be careful even if you stand near it. Was charged just for looking at it, but they kindly reviewed and took off the charge. Great place to stay!

Overall good - small lobby area. would be good if they allow a space to sit and relax.
Good food and service. Also I had asked for a quite room but I had a neighbouring hotel guest with kids and dog running out and crying in the corridor till midnight!

Harbour view excellent
Restaurant with good food, my husband thought he had the best mussels ever
Fitness facilities - good especially the hot tub
Concierge very helpful, assisted us to get a reservation at a busy restaurant
Con- Room was clean, but beginning to show age, bathroom still uses curtain, bed while still comfortable has valleys and bumps. Soundproofing really not adequate, we kept hearing stomping sounds upstairs for whatever the upstairs guests were doing.
Overall a very pleasant experience, especially when it rained the whole time we were in Vancouver, it makes a difference when the hotel provides some comfort

The staff and Arc restaurant were good, the room was dated and had a long lift up in the carpet trip hazard, no complimentary water in room, walls quite thin could hear TV in next room until 12am .. overall not 5 star
