Pretty basic but exactly what I needed. When I fly to Toronto it's always through Gate 3 and the terminal is directly across the street from this place. Getting to and from the airport is extremely easy.

After a last-minute flight cancellation, choosing this hotel right next to Terminal 3 was the best decision. The terminal shuttle was easy to locate with a friendly driver, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. The room is partially updated with a nice bathroom, though keep in mind you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area!

I got delayed, so I got to stay one night at the hotel. The hotel is fine. It’s just old and out of date. It’s convenient next to the airport.

The air conditioning would not go below 24.5°C even though we set it to 18.5°C. It was extremely hot and stuffy in the room. Keeping in mind it was 27°C outside but humid.

Very good price for the room using hotel.com. Maintenance responded properly to turn on the TV which was very simple! Beautiful evening view of airport tower and lights. Front desk was very friendly after a canceled flight. Hotel is a bit old but I didn't mind. That's very comfortable and lots of pillows. Reserve a hotel there again.

Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Helpful information on shuttle service, wifi, check in/out was in the room. Great proximity to the airport.

The aircraft views on certian rooms are very good amzing for avation enthusiasts.

Everything was fine apart the pickup shuttle that took so long to show up at the airport.

Good, clean and walking distance from the airport arrival and car rentals

The bed linens were not clean. Stain on mattress cover. Took three attempts to have bedding changed. The slow response was from housekeeping staff. Communication barrier between management and staff. Dining room staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I don't recommend this hotel

It wasn’t a long stay, but it was great and we really enjoyed that the pool was open later. We were able to get in a little pool time once we got there. The staff were very nice. We didn't have breakfast but had dinner and it was excellent. I would stay here again on our next trip in Toronto area. Thank you

I have nothing negative say. This hotel was fantastic from customer service, the cleaning crew. Always service with a smile. Definitely recommend to all new customers.

Room walls on connecting rooms were paper thin. Could hear everything from adjoining room. Room was small. Lousy response for housekeeping. No room service. High prices, mediocre food in Restaurant. Front desk had people who didn’t speak English clearly. Redeeming factor : shuttle to airport 24/7 every half hour.

The property on the outside looks nice, a bit of trash around, but the rooms are outdated. Reminded me of those low end motels that need revamping from popcorn ceilings to questionable carpet and I kept finding hair around the room. When you took a shower the tub wouldn't drain the best and shower curtains are horrible. My ac had to be fixed as soon as I entered and the TV guide wasn't reflecting the correct TV shows. I personally wouldn't recommend nor would I care to stay here again. Staff need to learn how to greet guests too. No one said hi or anything when entering.
