Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Airport

Breakfast was great ! Did not have my vehicle so I did not use parking .

Room was clean, but a little small. No places to hang towels after showering. TV channels were minimal. Bed was comfortable, but some noise from nearby airport. Used the pool and hot tub, a nice amenity.

Overall great experience

The sound proof was poor! My room is just right across the elevator, not the elevator door itself but whenever the elevator is operating up and down it makes a loud noise. Didn’t find this issue out until I’m all showered and ready to go to bed. Got waked 2-3 times during night.. If you are a shallow sleeper you definitely wouldn’t pick the room any closer to the elevator!

Arrived at 10:30PM the night of my booking. After a 2 hour plane ride, was told when I arrived that our room had been cancelled and there was no more rooms available? Even though the payment had already gone through, and there was zero communication. After contacting Expedia support, they confirmed that all was okay on their end and tried contacting the hotel. After half an hour of deliberating they seemingly “found” an available room for us, on the main floor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. What an unbelievable experience. Left all my contact information to speak to a manager and never received a call back.

Very friendly, and beds were very comfortable

I found this property - obviously - from a list of available properties at the time I needed a hotel stay at Toronto airport, and it was the most affordable offer available while appearing to be in the top tier of quality. That impression was not wrong. For the price, it felt like I was staying in a tier closer to luxury than budget. I was pleasantly surprised the first time - so much so that I went back the next time. Everything was consistent. I would use this hotel every time I need to stay at the airport in Toronto. It is exactly what you need, and even amenities you didn't know you needed, with a very pleasant level of quality and comfort.

Super supportive and friendly staff and great access to the airport. Super easy check in and check out.

Staff responses when I had questions seemed snarky. They appeared to prefer to rush through getting us signed in and take the money but seemed like us having questions was a bit of an annoyance to them. Our room was great I have allergies and the housekeeping staff were very thoughtful and thorough. There is no included breakfast for the price of your stay. Parking is very expensive 30$ a day even if youre gone all day and only need the spot for sleeping and the gates didnt always work properly. When entering the hotel, there is a perfume scent that is extremely overwhelming especially if you are sensitive. Lots of dogs which was wonderful to see. Very close to the back of the air port. Not far from Tim Hortons and the highway.

Walking distance to the airport. Grest for travellers. We stayed here and travelled to/from downtown on the Up Express to catch a couple ball games. We did this with 5 little kids. The room and property was clean. The room was small and dated but we didnt mind. We would stay here again :)

Staff upon arrival was super helpful. we had a show downtown and needed to have our luggage held in storage and they gladly took ours hours before check in. Airport shuttle also helpful to go catch the train to the city. Felt safe with my 14year old daughter. Room was basic but clean, beds comfortable. While we didn’t drive there parking is spacious. Breakfast was good breakfast staff super helpful when told some items were empty. Overall nice stay.

Nothing to complain about everything was good.
