The stay was great but we had an issue with the shuttle picking us up at the airport. The hotel had not let us know where the shuttle would pick up so we waited at a shuttle stop, saw the shuttle but he wouldn’t pick us up. I phoned the hotel and apparently they only pick up at particular shuttle stop. We waited for over an hour.

Front desk staff were amazing, and the hotel was pet friendly.
I locked myself out the room and maintenance and front desk solved the problem within minutes.

Firstly let me say Gaurva was amazing - he was so accommodating, kind, and helpful, and if it wasn’t for him, I probably would have switched hotels mid stay. The problem was that there were too many kids running around due to an event happening. The kids were so loud and disrespectful, banging on doors and playing hockey in the halls. In the morning after returning to the lobby to take the shuttle, there was garbage all over, it looked like a party gone wrong. Everything from beer bottles to open bags of chips, it was appealing and disgusting. The floor was covered in trash. I’m shocked nobody cleaned this up by the time morning rolled around. Gaurav was quick to respond to the noise complaints and did his best to diffuse and control the situation (despite the kids being rude to him, he remained professional and kind). Overall the hotel was comfortable and I had everything I needed, but I’m dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the shared spaces and the disrespect of the other guests.

Very loud, small rooms, dated interior decoration. For the amount of money I spent I expected more. I spent almost twice as much as I did at the Tru by Hilton, which was a much better hotel. Only good point is that it is close to the airport.
