房間設備太過老舊，床架設計不良，腳一直去踢到，水龍頭居然在淋浴設備花灑的對面，洗澡要來回跑，房間門非常難關起來，甚至很難打開，房間會時不時的飄來陣陣詭異的異味，像是陌生人的體汗騷味、消毒藥水味。 此外隔音也不好，整晚，一整晚喔，蹦蹦蹦蹦的腳步聲，一樓前面也還在裝修，還好飯店服務人員很專業親切。

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The entrance is really nice. We get 2 welcome drinks at the bar with a live pianist the same night. We really loved the experience. We upgraded for the breakfast, we had a great time. The hotel is close to the port, there are 3 Michelin restaurants around there. Around 10 mins walk to the hot spot of old Québec.

Truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was fabulous and the staff very helpful. Will definitely stay again next time I visit.

I don’t leave reviews, but I hope others find this helpful. I found it very difficult to communicate w/front desk staff and housekeeping because their english was minimal, not truly bilingual. Frustrating check-in and when I tried to ask for restaurant suggestions and delivery availability. Also the hotel does not offer true room service. You have to go in person to restaurant, order & pay, and they will bring it to your room, if they have staff available. Mold in shower, dirty floor in room & working windows (!) but rip in screen let in bugs. Really loud in halls and from floor above. Good location and overall esthetic is charming. But, disappointed, and damped my enjoyment of Quebec.

This is a great option if you are visiting historic Quebec City, especially if you have a car. They have plenty of parking and they charge a reasonable nightly parking fee. They also have chargers if you drive an EV. The staff is very friendly (but the truth is I found everyone in Quebec City to be friendly no matter where I went). The room was a nice size and comfortable and clean. The location was great - easy to walk everywhere.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. Overall room was clean. The location is the best part. Will definitely stay here again!

The staff were exceedingly friendly, the location is fantastic, close to the action but not overrun with tourists, especially nice to take walks along the water. Having a kitchen was very helpful!!!

The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. Staffs are friendly and easy to communicate. One thing to note that there is limited parking space so we need to find a public parking lot nearby, but there are multiple public parking places. Overall it’s a pleasant stay.

This location was perfect! Our room was beautiful, we did end up having to switch rooms because of a leak but it was ok! They placed us in room with a nice view. The upgraded room was missing ironing board and hair dryer. I would recommend this location! It was a very nice spot. Staff were great! We will go back. Maybe they could have had a better option for coffee makers, maybe a Keruig coffee makers might be a better option rather than the drip single cup brown water coffee.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the front staff were very welcoming. Our room was comfortable with a small kitchen and eating area. We loved the location of the hotel as it was right by the port surrounded by beautiful restaurants and steps from lower town. Thank you for a lovely stay!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Hôtel Port-Royal in Old Québec. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a small kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board, sofa, and a Murphy bed. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the main attractions in Old Québec, making it easy to explore the historic area. The hotel’s beautiful architecture perfectly blends the charm of Old Québec with modern renovations, creating a unique and luxurious atmosphere while preserving the character of the historic building. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always happy to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for a luxury hotel with historic charm, modern comforts, and an unbeatable location in Old Québec, Hôtel Port-Royal is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again!

Accueil chaleureux, stationnement payant (25$ + taxes). Malheureusement ascenseur en panne: escaliers à emprunter avec les valises très peu pratique.
