Attached restaurant was closed but the staff was amazingly helpful, room very clean, amenities perfect, road noise more than expected but we did sleep well! Love the historic building details that were preserved!!

Clean room, good location, walkable distance to all scenery.
Staff is super helpful: gifted us toothbrushes cuz we forgot to bring, and let us change a room when the neighbor has a crying baby. After change, the room is very quiet.

房間設備太過老舊，床架設計不良，腳一直去踢到，水龍頭居然在淋浴設備花灑的對面，洗澡要來回跑，房間門非常難關起來，甚至很難打開，房間會時不時的飄來陣陣詭異的異味，像是陌生人的體汗騷味、消毒藥水味。
此外隔音也不好，整晚，一整晚喔，蹦蹦蹦蹦的腳步聲，一樓前面也還在裝修，還好飯店服務人員很專業親切。

Good location with lots of nearby restaurants. Steep climb to old town along interesting winding streets. Staff were very helpful. Beds are comfortable. Restaurant on-site was being renovated.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado para salir a caminar en old Québec, muy cerca de la estación de tren! pero las habitaciones no son insonorizadas y se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle de los carros sobre todo y de las otras habitaciones!

We loved staying at Hotel Port Royal. Our room was spacious and clean. It had a small kitchenette and a partial view of the harbor. It’s walking distance to major old-town sites, with lots of restaurants to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the bar-tender made a tasty manhattan. Would definitely stay again.
