Nice, well located, smaller hotel that is extremely well located yet somewhat away from the obvious tourist spots. Great vibe with a great bar, room larger than expected. Friendly and relaxed staff, very welcoming. Very satisfied.

We loved our room. It was very spacious. The staff was super nice and breakfast was delicious.

Great location and friendly staff that spoke English. Allowed for an early check in. Pet friendly. Comfortable room with a kitchenette that was perfect for a few days. Bed was on the softer side and had a slight dip into the middle. I would have preferred a firmer mattress.

房間設備太過老舊，床架設計不良，腳一直去踢到，水龍頭居然在淋浴設備花灑的對面，洗澡要來回跑，房間門非常難關起來，甚至很難打開，房間會時不時的飄來陣陣詭異的異味，像是陌生人的體汗騷味、消毒藥水味。
此外隔音也不好，整晚，一整晚喔，蹦蹦蹦蹦的腳步聲，一樓前面也還在裝修，還好飯店服務人員很專業親切。

Hôtel propre et bien situé. Chambre petite mais confortable. Mur de brique. Petite cuisinette pratique avec frigo, verres/vaisselle, micro-ondes. Personnel serviable, courtois. Nouveau lounge très agréable avec de bons cocktails.
Mon seul bémol est le suivant : la télécommande pour contrôler soi-même la température de la chambre n’est pas à notre disposition comme avant. Ils ajustent la température de la réception ce qui n’est pas acceptable selon moi. On doit pouvoir ajuster à notre goût. Le week-end où nous y étions, il faisait chaud dehors. J’ai dû insister pour avoir une télécommande. Je suis sensible a la chaleur. Finalement on me l’a accordé. Le jour de mon départ, on dormait et ils ont arrêté le système de climatisation sans m’avertir à partir de 7h am. J’ai remis avec ma télécommande et ils l’ont ensuite arrêté encore et encore. Au moins 5 fois comme ça le matin. Pourquoi insister autant? Je n’étais pas encore partie et j’essayais de passer une belle matinée reposante avant de quitter. Ceci m’a laissé un goût amer alors que j’ai logé à cet hôtel à de nombreuses reprises. Je crois qu’ils on changé de gestion. Ça se sent.

Older building, funky smell. Older furniture, bed not so comfortable and not the cleanest room. No room service, you need to go down to the hotel restaurant and order it and get it yourself, very inconvenient, restaurant staff rude, food not the best. Expensive car parking, self parking no valet. Not the best experience for a 4 star hotel.

Très bon accueil, personnel généreux en sourires et avenant. J'avais laissé une note à la réservation en ligne et elle a été prise en considération au-delà de mes attentes. Je recommande hautement cet hôtel pour la qualité et sa situation géographique de choix.

Great location in old Quebec. Very quaint hotel, nice rooms and clean. The lounge next to front desk serves some great cocktails; the best we’d had on our trip. Louise restaurant on site was very good, both food quality and service. We would stay there again.
