The room was great nice to have big windows. The towel bar was very loose but I let them know and it was fixed that day. The only thing that is needed is handles in the bathrooms the tub was very high and there is nothing to grad on too. Hotel is located in a great area, great walking area.

The property was really cute, the function of it not so much. The tv didn’t work and we asked them to fix it. It seemed like a wifi issue. The shower was about as big as a fridge and not functional. The windows faced a brick wall or the HVAC on the roof, and the ‘queen’ bed was not a queen. Good location though, and staff were nice!

Excellent central location close to Union Station, Scotiabank Arena and Roger’s Centre. Hotel is a more traditional building but comfortable enough. AC kept the room cool although did click on and off during the night which could bother a light sleeper. Shower good pressure, supply of hot drinks in room was a nice touch. Would stay again if the price was competitive

Quick and easy check-in, nice access

Recently stayed for one night after my reservation was messed up at another hotel nearby. Riya was at the front desk and went above and beyond: I was checked in early, given a free mini bottle of wine, etc. Great experience!

The best parts of Toronto are easily accessed from the Victoria Hotel. It is just a few feet to the PATH that goes under downtown Toronto all the way up to the Eaton's Centre on Dundas street It is like an underground city when you get onto using the PATH., and you can walk inside out of the weather to go many places, including the Theatre District!

A charming old character hotel in a Great location in downtown Toronto. Comfy bed and quiet. A good breakfast sandwich!

This is my second time visiting Hotel Victoria, such a gem of a hotel. Location, atmosphere, service and value. I tell all my friends and family to book here. I needed an early check in for my stay today and Ratnesh at the front desk was more than helpful and accommodating to my request. 5 stars :)

Staff are lovely. Room was clean. Instant coffee was actually quite good. A few things falling apart in the room. Needs a little tlc. Older hotel so it comes with character but it’s all very noisy. Up all night listening to traffic.

Hotel Victoria was a cozy stay! They were able to accommodate a little treat for my friend’s birthday when we checked in, which was a nice surprise. The building is dated, and the shower is a little small, but the room was comfortable and the location is awesome for accessibility. Thank you to Riya for all her help :)

The hotel stay was OK, a few things that stood out. The room was clean and lovely but quite small, very minimal space. The television had very spotty connection and continued to cut out whether it was being logged into Prime TV or just watching the regular television channels. As for the restaurant in the lobby, (I was traveling with my daughter) although we were able to pass time by playing a couple of games that were available from the bar we had to wait an hour for our breakfast and we were the only customers. There was a challenge in finding ingredients, but we were not made aware and I was quite disappointed as to how long it took and the lack of communication to us with regards to the delays. I requested our beverages to be comped but expected more to be honest for an hour delay for breakfast. A cute spot, but would not recommend.
