The room was small and the shower was not working properly, but clean enough and good enough.

Hotel Victoria was a cozy stay! They were able to accommodate a little treat for my friend’s birthday when we checked in, which was a nice surprise. The building is dated, and the shower is a little small, but the room was comfortable and the location is awesome for accessibility. Thank you to Riya for all her help :)

The hotel stay was OK, a few things that stood out. The room was clean and lovely but quite small, very minimal space. The television had very spotty connection and continued to cut out whether it was being logged into Prime TV or just watching the regular television channels. As for the restaurant in the lobby, (I was traveling with my daughter) although we were able to pass time by playing a couple of games that were available from the bar we had to wait an hour for our breakfast and we were the only customers. There was a challenge in finding ingredients, but we were not made aware and I was quite disappointed as to how long it took and the lack of communication to us with regards to the delays. I requested our beverages to be comped but expected more to be honest for an hour delay for breakfast. A cute spot, but would not recommend.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Very convenient location for the subway and restaurants.

Very clean room, hotel staff were extra nice.

Room was small as advertised but very comfortable. A chair would have been nice because there was enough empty space for one. We were disappointed that we couldn’t get a small snack such as a muffin in the morning rather than a large breakfast. We were not offered a free drink - I had to ask for it.

Room was clean, and staff were courteous and friendly. We had trouble with the heat, even after turning it up still blew cold air an it didn’t work very well, the mini fridge was not cold even after turning up the temp, and we are just not used to how noisy the streets are especially having a room facing out.

Clean room. Courteous staff I checked in late and they allowed me to check out at noon so I could sleep a bit more.

Centrally located with nearby attractions

The hotel was in a great location but the room could use some work. There was a gap between the lock and the wood. I could see clearly through the room from outside the door. I covered it for the entirety of my stay. I did appreciate that the bathroom had a a real door even did it was mostly glass. I also appreciated the lack of carpet flooring.

Room was excellent. Entrance modern. Check in at the bar.

The room was fairly clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the charm of the building.
