The room and the bathroom were excellent the only problem for me was that there is no elevator but other wise it was perfect and the service was second to none.

Lovely hotel. Would happily stay there again. Very good location. Very walkable. There is a quiet elegance about the hotel and our room was lovely. Quiet. Minimal staff presence. There was someone at reception only from noon to 7:00 pm., but this in no way presented a problem. Everything was looked after and help available if needed.

The location was perfect and the décor of the room was very modern and stylish however, there was a stain on our bedsheets upon arrival and we found a hairtie on the floor suggesting it maybe had not been cleaned thoroughly.
Also, the light switches seemed to be in odd locations — you could not turn the lights off upstairs from downstairs which meant coming down the stairwell in darkness.
The staff were very helpful and explained everything thoroughly!

Accueil tres chaleureux, un appartement tres agréable pour y vivre pendant notre sejour.
L'emplacement etait idéal pour toutes nos visites a pied. Les magasins et restaurants étaient tous a proximité.

Renovated 200 year old house on a quiet street in the Old City but near all attractions. Beautifully renovated with a contemporary style and conveniences. But no elevator and steep stairs—3rd floor for the younger set. But reception clerk help with the baggage. Bathroom had fancy shower and large soaker tub. Free parking a short walk away.

Nous avons du demander à obtenir l’air climatisé puisque le chauffage était toujours actif et il faisait 24°C dans la chambre et 28°C à l’extérieur. Le problème a été réglé lorsque nous avons parler avec l’employé. Mis à part cela, l’hôtel est très bien, nous avons rencontré aucun autre problème. Chambre propre et hôtel à proximité de tout, en plein coeur du vieux québec!
*les photos ont été prises avec l’éclairage très bas, il y avait beaucoup plus de lumière lorsqu’elles étaient toutes allumées*

Incredibly cozy little hotel in a completely charming very old three stories house, dated around 1815! The bathroom is AMAZING! The hotel itself is so well centered, you can walk everywhere from there, you get the park the car only one time! 3 seconds away from Château Frontenac and the water. Will definitely be back!
