The staff not trained to handle international guests, no clear explanation on the deposit arrangement. And the hotel room is horrible, found 2 dead flies in the room and bathroom

The environment is very beautiful and quiet, the room is warmly decorated, the mini bar is unexpectedly well equipped, the location is excellent, and the scenic spot is just outside the door, which is perfect.

Beautiful renovated hotel..Restaurant Leo was delicious and Margaux for quick service was great. If you wanted to cook you could In the Fully equipped kitchen with both a coffee maker and tea kettle. Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel had great outdoor facilities pool , hot tub and sauna along with a full gym and storage lockers for ski/snowboard gear. The hotel was centrally located near the village it was an ideal stay

Everything was great. Only quibble is that the “sky lockers” are actually ski racks than can be locked not actual lockers which have a compartment with a door which has a lock.

I had to csncel the trip. Could not get there for that date

Very nice and helpful staff, pool,sauna, hot tub, ski in and out Christmas decorations and music in December really gave that beautiful feel and ambiance

Pool closed too early at 8pm

Clean room, gym area was spotless and massive, pool and hot tub area was amazing

From the moment we arrived, everyone was pleasant and helpful. Our room was ready 2 hours before check-in. The lobby is beautiful, check-in service very rapid. We had a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. Beautiful spacious rooms. Room with King bed has a bath/shower combination as well as stand alone shower. Full kitchen was had everything you need...as good as home. Nice fireplace. Beds very comfortable. We had a hard time adjusting room temperature but figured it out. Outdoor 4 season pool was magnificent. Seeing we were off season, we need to let them know we wanted to use pool...when we did, solar blankets were removed. Pool was about 92 degrees and hot tub about 100. I am not sure if they heat higher in colder months. Pool surroundings just beautiful with lights and snow on trees. The valet Simon was wonderul, funny, friendly and polite. All in all a wonderful 3 day get away.

room is kind of dated, no lounge at the location, this is a very small hotel. even though it‘s low season, room is dated. it will be great location if ski season.

Lobby is ok but rooms feels Terribly dated , paid 500$ on a friday when we were almost the only people in the hotel & they were renovating

Séjour agréable, chambre spacieuse, cheminée confortable. Piscine et bain-tourbillon chauffé en extérieur très sympathique, y compris le soir avec ambiance tamisée, lumières et sonore. Personnel agréable, tout était propre et chaleureux !
