I recently stayed at Le Westin in Mont-Tremblant. The property is beautiful, and my room had a great view. The hot sauna, pool, and jacuzzi are nice amenities. However, I cut my leg on an exposed corner of the jacuzzi. I reported it, but it wasn’t covered the next day. Despite the injury happening on their property, no manager or director ever followed up or apologized. The management’s lack of response was extremely disappointing. I also found my Bonvoy stay wasn’t recorded, and construction noise wasn’t disclosed at check-in. While Annie and the bartender were wonderful, I can’t recommend this hotel to families safety should be a priority.

Le personnel est très courtois et attentif à nos besoins, nous avons été très bien accueilli et très agréablement écouté pour nos demandes.
La chambre était impeccable et les déjeuner étaient gourmands et de qualité
Je recommande cette établissement avec une très haute estime.

Tout y est pour un séjour confortable et près de tous les magasins et restaurants tout est possible à pieds. Le confort du lit et de la literie est exceptionnel. Merci beaucoup pour ce beau moment passé à vitre hôtel, un retour est prévu !

We decided to celebrate our 25 anniversary at the Westin and advised the hotel such. We received a very warm greeting upon our arrival. However,when we asked for a late checkout for noon (checkout time is 11am) which is historically automatically granted, the manager Hussain refused. Unfortunately, a very surprising and disappointing end to our weekend

We had an amazing stay. My dog was repeatedly treated like royalty. Thanks so much especially to the manager Houssain who was beyond helpful and easy to communicate with. He went over and beyond to make our stay one we won’t forget.
