Lovely hotel in the perfect location. Our room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking Tremblant village and mountain views. Practically ski in/ ski out. Had a lovely outdoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub. Gym and spa and bar and restaurants. Minutes walk into Tremblant village with all its lovely shops and restaurants. All the staff were absolutely lovely. Our first time in Tremblant and we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed there for three nights. I checked in on the evening of April 3rd, and before going to bed, I noticed there were no blackout curtains. On April 4th, I called the front desk in the morning and again during the day, but no one came to check on the issue and I received no response. I felt it would be too much trouble to change rooms, so I put up with the lack of blackout curtains for all three nights. The overall experience was very poor, and the service was extremely disappointing.

The housekeeping was OK. They did not clean the bathroom well. The staff was friendly, but they were a little bit lost in terms of information. The location is good, but it is cannot be considered ski-in/ski-out hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the view from the 6th floor was beautiful, and the room was spacious with new furniture. The entrance lobby was well designed and nicely furnished, creating a strong first impression. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were definite highlights of our stay. The staff were kind, polite, and helpful throughout. However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The toilet flush was not working properly, and when we arrived, there was toilet paper left in the toilet along with some dirt residue, which made it feel not fully cleaned. The quality of the toilet paper provided was also poor. The hair dryer in the room was broken. Additionally, one of the two elevators was out of service, causing long waiting times. We also noticed that one sanitizer dispenser was broken and the other had run out of gel. The bar on the main floor had limited options and lacked variety. Parking cost almost $47 per night, which felt excessive. Another issue was the temperature control. Our room was quite cold, and it seemed the heating system was not working efficiently, while our friends’ room on the 2nd floor was extremely hot. The hotel felt expensive compared to the quality and service provided. The number of maintenance, cleanliness, and operational issues made it seem like the property may be suffering from poor management.

Very luxurious area! Located right in the village at Mont Tremblant. Have stayed at other properties in Tremblant but none top Le Westin! Would stay a million times again.

The staff, especially Martin, were all so sweet and accommodating. The hotel was clean, had great food and drinks, and was a prime location for good restaurants and the mountain base.

This is a beautiful property with the most amazing, polite, and friendly staff. The valet was really kind and funny. We come here every year for my wife’s birthday and look forward to returning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our first room had no curtains so we were upgraded to a suite on a renovated floor. It was very nice; however, it has a motion sensor for the heat. So the room got very cold at night when sleeping because we were not moving near the sensor.

Everything was great! The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, quiet, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and everything was within easy walking distance. We'll definitely be back! ☺️

The room was very clean and spacious! We loved having a fireplace in the room during the cold nights.
