Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in — and I travel a lot. The only thing decent here is the location, and even that can’t save it.
Imagine trying to sleep with constant noise and construction, which of course they never mentioned when we booked. Only after check-in did they casually drop the news — thanks for the “surprise.” Worst sleep ever.
Next morning, the elevator broke down without warning. No notice, no help — we had to drag our luggage down the stairs like it’s some kind of workout program.
Complained to the front desk, and their brilliant response was: “it happens.” No apology, no responsibility. If this is their idea of hospitality, it’s a joke.
Never coming back — and if you value your sleep, neither should you.

Notre chambre était très confortable. Cet hôtel est bien situé dans le nouveau village, près des activités.
Nous y étions en basse saison et les services comme le bar et la piscine étaient un peu limités.
Le stationnement est très cher à $42/24h pour stationner sois même.

Bonjour, à notre arrivée nous avons demandé une chambre vue montagne, la réceptionniste nous a dit que c’était impossible vu les travaux en cours!
Nous n’étions pas au courant des travaux!! Nous aurions apprécié savoir qu’il y avait des travaux.
Notre chambre était du côté piscine, à 10:30hrs il y avait encore de la musique forte, j’ai appelé la réception, elle a fait baisser la musique, qui a continué jusqu’à 11:00hrs.
Les deux autres soirs, la musique a continué toute la nuit, très désagréable !!
Rien à dire sur la beauté des lieux, le service aux chambres, la réception et le personnel de la restauration. Nous n’avons pas apprécié d’avoir à faire appel au voiturier pour avoir accès à chaque fois à la voiture, les années précédentes ( nous allons au Westin tous les ans) un coupon nous permettait auparavant de sortir et entrer facilement.

Very difficult to sleep because it’s a very thick feather, blanket, and a matter. How could you make it? You overheat after a few hours. There’s also very loud construction noise is starting very early in the morning and lasting throughout the day 6 to 7 days a week.
