The hotel uses a cleaning service and the room was filthy every day we stayed there. No actual cleaning service, dirty dishes and glasses, etc. I will not return to this hotel.

The hotel was going through renovations which they didn’t stipulate at the time of booking.
The rooms were dark and dated, we booked a one bedroom suite which was extremely small (couldn’t walk round the sofa bed when it was pulled out) - (friends had the same room category twice as big however). The room was also filthy when we checked in and had to call for it to be cleaned (burnt food on the stove top and thick dust on the furniture) No turn down service, sofa bed for children was a DIY make it yourself affair. We arrived at 9.15pm nowhere to get food in the restaurant or the lobby bar as had all stopped serving food. The staff were great and good access to the village and slopes but this is a 3* hotel. Not worth the $1000 per night room charge. If you’re going to book get the most basic cheapest room for the location as just not worth it and you will leave feeling disappointed.

The hotel is ideally situated for amazing skiing at Tremblant. It is walk out to the lifts. This hotel also has a gorgeous year round outdoor pool and hot tub that are fantastic. The restaurant is pretty good. The rooms are about to be redecorated but currently, in spite of being a bit dated, they have excellent amenities- coffee maker, fridge, microwave and a few glasses etc. made it a really nice 5 day stay.

The room was fantastic, the hot tub was perfect and location was great. The staff was really friendly and so helpful. They were accommodating in everyway possible. I own 3 businesses and if I was from the same area I would have been trying to recruit these employees for myself. Top notch!

I can't say enough about how happy and helpful everyone was! Just a wonderful staff who make our stay that much happier! Fantastic location right in the village and ski out 3rd floor made for a perfect get away! Extra thanks to Marcus for being so helpful! We had an amazing time and will be back!!
