Le Westin Tremblant

Everything was great. Service wonderful. Room was spacious and clean. Leo restaurant was delicious though pricey. Some renovations going on while we were there but not very disruptive.

Very good weekend stay. Facilities are excellent. Property is well situatted fo village activities.

Awesome heated pool and hot Tub. Renovated room. Staff was amazing. Strongly recommend. Especially with kids.

The concierge, receptionist and valet were all great. Amenities, very useful.

Un séjour à l'improviste qui nous a fait grand bien. Le au personnel était attentionné. Le repas servi à la chambre avec un sourire et rapidement le fonctionnement du foyer au gaz fût rétabli. Nous n'avons pas profité du jacuzzi car le personnel disait que la température de l'eau n'avait pas atteint les degrés suffisant.

Hot tub was out of order. They didn’t announce it. I choose this accommodation because of warm swim and hot tub.

The renovation is a disaster. The new look is horrible.

We had such an incredible stay at the Westin this weekend, everything from start to finish was seamless. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and so well maintained, with that perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The rooms were spacious and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service, especially from the concierge, Annie. She went above and beyond to make our weekend feel special. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests having a great experience. It’s rare to come across service that makes such a lasting impression, but she absolutely did. Thanks to her, our weekend felt memorable, and just a little extra special. We will definitely be back :)

Great hotel and staff.

Everything was ok, although a bit expensive. The big surprise and the big disappointment were that those hotel rooms were put up for sale while the hotel was under repair, so until the evening, we constantly and continuously heard the sounds made by the builders and their repairs (drills, hammering nails, etc.). There was no special price for this and it wasn't announced in advance on their website so you could understand what you were choosing.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location. Our room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking Tremblant village and mountain views. Practically ski in/ ski out. Had a lovely outdoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub. Gym and spa and bar and restaurants. Minutes walk into Tremblant village with all its lovely shops and restaurants. All the staff were absolutely lovely. Our first time in Tremblant and we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed there for three nights. I checked in on the evening of April 3rd, and before going to bed, I noticed there were no blackout curtains. On April 4th, I called the front desk in the morning and again during the day, but no one came to check on the issue and I received no response. I felt it would be too much trouble to change rooms, so I put up with the lack of blackout curtains for all three nights. The overall experience was very poor, and the service was extremely disappointing.

The housekeeping was OK. They did not clean the bathroom well. The staff was friendly, but they were a little bit lost in terms of information. The location is good, but it is cannot be considered ski-in/ski-out hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the view from the 6th floor was beautiful, and the room was spacious with new furniture. The entrance lobby was well designed and nicely furnished, creating a strong first impression. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were definite highlights of our stay. The staff were kind, polite, and helpful throughout. However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The toilet flush was not working properly, and when we arrived, there was toilet paper left in the toilet along with some dirt residue, which made it feel not fully cleaned. The quality of the toilet paper provided was also poor. The hair dryer in the room was broken. Additionally, one of the two elevators was out of service, causing long waiting times. We also noticed that one sanitizer dispenser was broken and the other had run out of gel. The bar on the main floor had limited options and lacked variety. Parking cost almost $47 per night, which felt excessive. Another issue was the temperature control. Our room was quite cold, and it seemed the heating system was not working efficiently, while our friends’ room on the 2nd floor was extremely hot. The hotel felt expensive compared to the quality and service provided. The number of maintenance, cleanliness, and operational issues made it seem like the property may be suffering from poor management.
