Underground parking spacious not crowded, All staff was nice, Ben at front desk and Hai the bartender at hotel very nice! Pool was warm not crowded kids room not crowded. Hotel was quiet good views. Restaurants in area also very nice workers 10/10 trip

I stayed here because of the pool and the kids playroom. Everything was great, walking distance to the restaurant and the O Train. Museums are one bus away from the hotel. Staff was beyond super friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was excellent, the staff ,the hotel itself, i would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a wonderful stay. My two issues are that not having a vanity in the bathroom makes dealing with one's toiletries very difficult. Poor design.
The extra blanket in the room had a whole in it. Not good amenity management.

The service was excellent. The staff were so polite and helpful, I was really impressed. Parking can be a pain because it’s downtown but that’s to be expected. The bathroom was not cleaned, unfortunately. We stayed here after a very long 2 day flight itinerary from South America and we were so tired that we didn’t make a fuss, but I expected better. The beds were very comfortable though!

For a 5 Star Hotel I didn't get a 5 Star experience. The hotel feels old, like everything from the fixtures to the sprinklers seem to be outdated. The wall sconce in washroom was rusted out. Cleanliness was great, didn't check out the restaurant. Check in and check out was quick. Primary advantage is the location. Everything is pretty much walkable or within 2km.
