스텝분들이 너무 친절하시고 룸컨디션도 좋았어요. 다운타운 위치에 있어서 이동하기도 좋았어요.

이틀 숙박했는데 아주 훌륭했습니다. 도보로 관광하기 좋고 깨끗하고 쾌적함.

Location was fantastic, rooms were recently renovated, and staff was very helpful.

We were on the 7th floor, right in front of the elevator. Extremely noisy. The door was not sound proof at all. You can hear the elevator bell each time it's in use. There was teenagers and kids running from one room to the next and yelling in the hallway till 1am both night that we were there. After the first night we asked to be moved nothing could be done for us. Front desk workers are not pleasant nighter helpful. Information about parking and how to get to the breakfast are scarce and unclear. We were at this hotel some years ago and it was great but not this time. Be aware, there is renovation at the moment and the restaurent is closed. Breakfast is 35$ weekdays and 26$ on weekends. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast is good and offer a great variety with a spectacular view from the 29th floor.

Nice property. The gym is great. Lots of room and variety of equipment. Starbucks in the lobby is convenient. Location is good, similar to most of the downtown hotels. Quick check in with helpful staff.

The only issue is they are under construction - so no breakfast /coffee room, no office & business room. The gym was awesome! The rooms amazing and the staff very attentive and responsive!

The hotel is in a great location, with many attractions within walking distance in either direction. Parking was also reasonably priced at $25 per day. However, with the ongoing construction, I would be hesitant to book here again. During my stay, both the restaurant and the pool were closed. The front foyer was underwhelming, and the elevator area was neither accessible nor particularly attractive. Overall, I felt that premium prices were being charged for what amounted to a two-star experience. I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, but it still looked unfinished. The mini-fridge leaked onto the floor because the door would not close properly, the shower caulking was incomplete, the flooring appeared very dirty, and there was unfinished tile work behind the bathroom door. While the location is excellent, I will likely choose a different hotel the next time I travel to Ottawa.

Clean Room and knowledgeable staff.

It would have been nice to know the restaurant and lounge were closed for renovations. Coffee shop closes at 1:00pm.

Gorgeous room

Le déjeuner était correct. Il y a seulement l'air climatisé dans la chambre qui fournissait pas beaucoup. C'était juste correct, sans plus. Pour le reste tout était parfait. Le personnel excellent.

The hotel is being renovated but do not let that deter you - parking is close, room service was great, new room was lovely, gym was well equipped - excellent stay!

The property is under renovation. Stay somewhere else until it’s complete.
