Very pleasant stay in an older historic hotel that is well maintained and still up to date with amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is a big plus. Room comfortable and updated. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

They need to do some Reno’s. Room was dirty (handprints on the headboard) and in rough shape. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

We were on the 2nd floor lake view ,great views. Rooms we're dated but clean. The front of the motel needs to be cleaned up.Outside windows. You needed your room key to use the elevator and if it was later,used it to get back into the motel,it was for safety ,which was good.Staff were friendly.Parking was fine.We didn't have breakfast.

This place is so run down. Room smelled really musty. Bathroom was in terrible shape with work down features. The beds were essentially cots, stiff mattresses on wheels. Room fits 4 people but you will only get breakfast for 2. People who worked there were nice. We pay similar prices everywhere we travel and this was the worst quality we’ve seen in ages.

All the staff were very helpful, breakfast was great. It is just an older hotel (built in 1911) and it showing some wear and tear. Otherwise we had a good nights sleep.

Property is older so expect a rooming house feel with older amenities and feel. The parking area often has “sketchy” folks walking about as the property is by the water and park. However the property pros are it is close to downtown, the water and park. Breakfast was not included unfortunately for the price point.

The room and bathroom were very clean and the restaurant meal was excellent. The rest of the building is ancient and in need of a total renovation. Pool area was old and worn and the hot tub didn’t work. Hallways and stairwells were totally creepy. The area around the hotel was very sketchy. Would not stay here again.
