Nice clean room

The room was not very clean, and definitely needed some repairs

Loved our room, pool was cold which kind of sucked but everything else was great.

Con was the hot tub was closed and pool was cold. Everything else was good.

The room was clean and spacious. My son had lots of fun playing around and enjoying the lake view. The staff were all amazing. The breakfast was top notch. Thanks to the amazing chef and everyone at Prince Arthur Waterfront Hotel & Suites.

POSITIVE- Clean, near amenities. NEGATIVE :Elevator- having to use Hotel Room Key to activate elevator each use. Inconvenient when carrying luggage, take oug foud, - Luggage carts not returned asap.. - Doors unlocked to late in morning. Move o7AM Doors unlocked

Pretty good. Staff were all very nice. Rough clientele as I’m sure you’re aware of. My room was clean and comfortable. Thank you.

Great breakfast

The room we stayed in was quite grimy feeling. The carpets were gross, the shower/tub was something I did not want to step into, and there was a stain on my bedsheets. I did request a pet friendly room, but definitely did not feel worth the money I paid to stay here. Good location and nice staff though.

Hello, I am requesting a full refund for my reservation at the Prince Arthur Waterfront Hotel in Thunder Bay because the hotel cancelled my booking in violation of the written Expedia policies attached to my confirmation. My Expedia itinerary explicitly states the following: 1. “Arrivée jusqu’à tout moment” This clearly means check-in is permitted at ANY time, not restricted to before midnight or any other hour. There is no mention of the reservation expiring or being cancelled at 12:00 a.m. 2. Late Arrival Policy: My reservation states: “Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué pour une arrivée tardive ou un départ hâtif.” This clause confirms that a “late arrival” is allowed — it only means there is no refund for showing up late. It does not authorize the hotel to cancel the booking. 3. Instructions for Late Arrival: “En cas d’arrivée tardive, communiquez directement avec l’hébergement afin de vous renseigner sur les politiques en vigueur.” This suggests that I may contact the property for clarification, not that my reservation is forfeited if I don’t. Nothing in my terms indicates the room would be cancelled automatically. --- Summary of the issue: My check-in was for December 10. The hotel cancelled my reservation at 12:00 a.m. on December 11. My booking still covered the night of December 10 and checkout on December 11 at 11 a.m. I arrived at 7:00 a.m. on December 11 — well within the window of “Arrivée jusqu’à tout moment I was denied the room and told to

Personnelle insolent, inhumain, remplie de droguer en avant de la porte, pire place que j ai vue dans ma vie

Was in need of face lift at the least. Bathroom door didn't close. Said they had a pool and thats why i booked there but the pool was undergoing renovations. The renovations didn't just start so they should have updated the pool status to no pool. Was no offer of compensation for not having a pool the kids were very upset. Rushed to get there early for the pool. Overall was painful process
