Booked and paid in advance. Staff with initial RB is really nice and gave me parking pass and knew I already paid. However, since I arrived early than 4pm check in time, have to comeback to check in later. Another staff seems did not know I paid. I was charged again at a lower rate (foubd out from credit card statement two fays later) and gave a room already occupied by someone. Then got another room with dirty carpet, light bulb outtage and shower head spred watereverywhere. Called them to get.the seond credit card charge back. Except the aformentioned experience, locarion is fine and lots of parking space.

The room was good, but the room could have been updated a little better. Some of the wallpaper was peeling from the wall, the tv didn’t work at all, and the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was showing signs of rust on it. Also, carpeting could use replacing, some spots were lifting up in areas. Other than that, it was clean for what is being worked with. Nice hotel though for our first time staying there.

Cobran por el estacionamiento y no tienen cámaras. Me robaron en el estacionamiento justo frente al edificio y “no pueden hacer nada porque no tienen cámaras que cubran esa area.

Spacious and clean room

They lack Amenities. No fridge and microwave. The only microwave is in first floor and my room is in the 3rd floor. The room is specious and clean with a nice view but its not accessible for disability too. No elevator

Overall was a good experience

Staff are nice

Their was no bar, no fridge, no garbage can, and no soap i whent to ask for some and was told they were completely out and offered more shampoo.

Clean room, and front desk was helpful.

Great stay, clean room, close to the action. The tv didn’t work but I had planned for that after a previous stay.

I’ve been to ride way many times but first time to have no room prep.i have to request for Kleenex,towels and no soap! Hope this is just an isolated case but still inconvenient for travellers like us.

Stayed in room 235, tv didn’t work. I can live without that, but still sucks. Had zero hand soap for the room. Was told to use shampoo or go buy my own. Not fun to be working all day and then have to go out to buy basic amenities for the room. We had 6 different bookings this weekend for an event next door and multiple small businesses staying there. They all said it was a big disappointment and we will be looking for other accommodations when back in the spring and winter next year for our events :(

It was a good stay

Room was very nice. The only two things that prevents this from being 5 stars is that there was no soap and the television didn’t work.

Check in was fast and efficient The rooms were okay, a little run down with wallpaper coming off the wall , ceiling with bad patching , fixtures a little run down BUT , room was clean and bathroom was clean Excellent value for the room rate Even though a little run down, it’s still clean and conveniently located We love staying here Brad
