Staff very friendly and help when ever you needed it cleaning staff always asked if we needed anything like towels or toliet paper was offered also a lower level room for the same proce as i paid for the king room on the third floor due to my disability but i stayed in the room i paid for all great staff

And the location was great.
Only reason I didn’t do 5 stars is because there was a problem with my room key.
I had to get the front desk to let my in every time.

Excellent, friendly staff, flexible and accommodating. Really enjoyed not just the stay but the interactions with all the staff there. Approachable, friendly, accommodating and professional from start to end.

Door security system was down. Had to have someone let you into your room each time. 2 occasions they couldn't find the key for over 20 minutes. Stains on the floor and couch. Ants crawling on the floor by the door

A little out of town but good bus service , friendly staff , however the keys to the rooms did not work and we had to go to reception every time we wanted to go into our room we stayed three nights and it still wasn't fixed , good big room lots of storage space and clean coffee maker in room and ice machine which was great on the second floor . All in all I would go back .

the website had misinformation about the pool services but after arriving realized they didn’t have that. Also the doors to my room were not working so have to keep going back to reception to come open it each time I come out

The keys were not working so we had to ask the front desk to let us into our room. The ice machine was not working on the main floor, but the young person made the trek upstairs to get us some ice. The pool was non functional. No restaurant or bar as advertised.

Ok for the price but make us pay 20$ parking when it’s clearly says 10$ for a motorcycle. Door lock does not work, we need to ask everytime we want to enter the room!

They cancelled our reservation when we reached the property. we were not notified until we got there. Rude front desk staff. promised us we are just getting your room ready and then in an hour said we have cancelled your reservation.

First impression was of the ladies public WR - pretty terrible. Second impression of the room was that it had a peculiar odour - most likely from the carpet, which was in terrible condition. However, the bathroom was clean, and the bed moderately comfortable. Location was terrific and the staff was very helpful. This is an old, tired place and needs some upgrading, but overall for one night, it was ok.

Staff was great. However, the property itself was not. None of the keys worked so I needed staff to unlock my room every time. Than once getting the room it was the wrong room. Was tired from traveling for work so just took it. I told the front desk on check out and the just made a note. Heard nothing since.

I booked this motel through Expedia. I was charged multiple times, once by Expedia, the second time for the same stay by the motel and even after I checked out, they charged me another amount. The motel does not offer regular cleaning services; you can hear people's conversations from outside, resulting in a lack of privacy. Very bad experience!

We were very disappointed with building as in the electronic room cards were not working at all! The tv wasn’t working and we had to wait for an hour after expected check in time.
However Manpreet who was working the front desk was amazing. She was working completely on her own and she had so many disgruntled guests to deal with. She even came up to our room to set up our tv- which was later. Mark the Maintenance man was also so very helpful.
Overall very disappointed in how the Rodeway Inn was managed.

They literally give us Garbage experience which was my first time Hotel stay in Canada, we had to walk back and forth 2kms from Niagara falls to hotel twice for check in. After 2.1/2 hours wait, we got our check in @ 6.45pm. We didn't get our room which we booked, and the given room wasn't really clean and not a pleasant one. Moreover, toilet flush wasn't working, and the girl at front desk hasn't time to listen my problem, so we had to use public washroom, which was really frustrating. Also, they didn't has the keys working for rooms, so we always have to ask them to open our room, (and also have to wait, because only a girl can't do everything) each and every time, we leave the hotel room and come back. It was very horrible and frustrating stay.

The worst experience we have ever had. They didn’t even give us the key to the hotel room. We had to look for the staff every time we wanted to get into our room. The room was not ready and clean even at 6 pm.. this hotel is a nightmare
